一种双电源转换开关
技术领域
本实用新型属于开关结构设计领域,具体涉及一种双电源转换开关。
背景技术
双电源转换开关用于供电系统中,当主供电电源(一般为市电)出现故障时既能避免故障电源向负载供电,又能可靠选择备用电源(一般为自备发电机)投入正常运行,以保证供电不间断。一般比较重要的场所,如医院、机场、码头、银行等场所都使用双电源转换开关来提供连续供电。
传统的双电源转换开关的进线端设有主电源进线铜排和备用电源进线铜排,其出线端即负载端设有主电源出线铜排和备用电源出线铜排,各铜排上均设有接线组件,即采用两进两出的方式接线,如图2所示。用户在使用时为了方便接线需要自行使用连接导线将负载端的主电源出线铜排和对应的备用电源出线铜排电连接,而在维修时有需要将这些连接导线全部拆除,操作过程比较麻烦。
实用新型内容
针对传统双电源转换开关存在的负载端接线和维修不便的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种便于负载端接线和维修的双电源转换开关。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:
一种双电源转换开关,包括设有电源进线铜排和电源出线铜排的开关本体;所述电源进线铜排与电源出线铜排分别设于所述开关本体的相对两侧端;所述电源进线铜排包括主电源进线铜排和备用电源进线铜排,所述电源出线铜排包括主电源出线铜排和备用电源出线铜排;所述主电源进线铜排和备用电源进线铜排上各设有一个接线组件;所述主电源出线铜排与对应的备用电源出线铜排共用一个接线组件。
上述技术方案中,所述主电源出线铜排与所述备用电源出线铜排中的一个为平直板状,则另一个为Z字形。
上述技术方案中,所述主电源出线铜排与备用电源出线铜排均为Z字形。
上述技术方案中,所述接线组件为螺栓接线组件。
本实用新型具有积极的效果:
本实用新型中的双电源转换开关中的负载端的主电源出线铜排和对应的备用电源出线铜排由于是共用一个接线端子,即采用两进一出的接线方式,这样就便于接线和维修操作,而无须像传统结构那样将负载电源线与主电源出线铜排和备用电源出线铜排分别连接。

下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型中的双电源转换开关的一种实施例做详细说明:
如图1、图3和图4所示,一种双电源转换开关,包括设有电源进线铜排和电源出线铜排的开关本体1;所述电源进线铜排与电源出线铜排分别设于所述开关本体1的相对两侧端;所述电源进线铜排包括主电源进线铜排2和备用电源进线铜排3,所述电源出线铜排包括主电源出线铜排4和备用电源出线铜排5;所述主电源进线铜排2和备用电源进线铜排3上各设有一个接线组件6;所述主电源出线铜排4与对应的备用电源出线铜排5共用一个接线组件6。本实施例中的所述接线组件6采用螺栓接线组件,当然在实际操作中也可以选用能达到接线目的的其他结构。
本实施例中,所述主电源出线铜排4与所述备用电源出线铜排5中的一个为平直板状,则另一个为Z字形,具体请参看图3。
作为上述结构的一种变形,参看图4,所述主电源出线铜排4与备用电源出线铜排5均为Z字形。

1.一种双电源转换开关,包括设有电源进线铜排和电源出线铜排的开关本体(1);所述电源进线铜排与电源出线铜排分别设于所述开关本体(1)的相对两侧端;所述电源进线铜排包括主电源进线铜排(2)和备用电源进线铜排(3),所述电源出线铜排包括主电源出线铜排(4)和备用电源出线铜排(5);所述主电源进线铜排(2)和备用电源进线铜排(3)上各设有一个接线组件(6);其特征在于:所述主电源出线铜排(4)与对应的备用电源出线铜排(5)共用一个接线组件(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双电源转换开关,其特征在于:所述主电源出线铜排(4)与所述备用电源出线铜排(5)中的一个为平直板状,则另一个为Z字形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双电源转换开关,其特征在于:所述主电源出线铜排(4)与备用电源出线铜排(5)均为Z字形。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的双电源转换开关,其特征在于:所述接线组件(6)为螺栓接线组件。
