重载荷称重、拉、压力传感器快速接头，它为一箱体，箱体的中部具有一贯通的通口，箱体的上开有与通口相通的螺纹孔及缺口，螺纹孔与缺口相对布置。使箱体通过其上的螺纹孔与传感器的应变体联接，采用螺栓与被称量对象联接后，再将螺栓卡入在缺口中，使螺栓的头部落入在通口内，然后紧定螺栓上螺母，即可将应变体与被称量对象可靠连接；松开螺母，将螺栓从缺口中退出，即可将传感器的应变体与被称量对象分开。本实用新型结构简单、使用方便，它可实现重载荷传感器与被称量对象之间快捷的连接或分开。

本实用新型涉及一种联接头，具体地说是一种用于重载荷称重、拉、压力传感器的快速接头。
背景技术
重载荷称重、拉、压力传感器在使用时其应变体需要与被称量对象进行联接，目前采用的联接方式为，应变体直接与被称量对象通过螺纹联接。由于被称量对象的体积及重量较大，且传感器本身也较大，两者在联接或拆卸的操作中移动及转动较困难，导致安装及拆卸较麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种重载荷称重、拉、压力传感器快速接头，该快速接头可将传感器的应变体与被称量对象快速连接。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下方案：重载荷称重、拉、压力传感器快速接头，它为一箱体，箱体的中部具有一贯通的通口，箱体的上开有与通口相通的螺纹孔及缺口，螺纹孔与缺口相对布置。 
由上述方案可见，使箱体通过其上的螺纹孔与传感器的应变体联接，采用螺栓与被称量对象联接后，再将螺栓卡入在缺口中，使螺栓的头部落入在通口内，然后紧定螺栓上螺母，即可将应变体与被称量对象可靠连接；松开螺母，将螺栓从缺口中退出，即可将传感器的应变体与被称量对象分开。 
本实用新型结构简单、使用方便，它可实现重载荷传感器与被称量对象之间快捷的连接或分开。

本重载荷称重、拉、压力传感器快速接头为一箱体1，箱体1的中部具有一贯通的通口1b，箱体1上开有与通口1b相通的螺纹孔1d及缺口1c，螺纹孔1d与缺口1c相对布置。
本实施例中，箱体1的外形呈长方体，通口1b沿箱体1的高度方向贯通，缺口1c的横截面呈“U”形。

另外，在箱体1上开有螺纹孔1a，将吊钩安装在螺纹孔1a上，可方便箱体1的搬运。

使箱体1通过其上的螺纹孔1d与传感器的应变体2联接，采用螺栓3与被称量对象联接后，再将螺栓3卡入在缺口1c中，使螺栓3的头部落入在通口1b内，然后紧定螺栓3上的螺母4，即可将应变体2与被称量对象可靠联接；松开螺母4，将螺栓3从缺口1c中退出，即可将传感器的应变体与被称量对象分开。

1.重载荷称重、拉、压力传感器快速接头，其特征在于：它为一箱体，箱体的中部具有一贯通的通口，箱体的上开有与通口相通的螺纹孔及缺口，螺纹孔与缺口相对布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重载荷称重、拉、压力传感器快速接头，其特征在于：箱体的外形呈长方体，通口沿箱体的高度方向贯通，缺口的横截面呈“U”形。
