背景技术
传统硬质包装盒多彩用工业纸板或中纤板作为主要材料制作,工业纸板中含有大量杂质很难进行回收。随着经济发展,在满足物质生活需求的同时越来越重视产品包装的精美性和环保性,产品内包装(展示包装)也是产品促销的重要手段。目前国内生产的硬质包装盒多彩用中纤板,存在以下缺点。 
1、中纤板甲醛含量高,对生产工人会造成健康损坏。 
2、中纤板不能回收利用,造成大量的硬质包装盒材料不能循环利用,对资源造成极大的浪费。 
3、包装盒体较重,大部份包装自重远远超过被产品自身重量很 
多倍,运输能耗增加。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种强度质量比高,重量轻,无环境污染的超薄蜂窝纸包装盒。 
本实用新型的解决方案是:一种超薄蜂窝纸包装盒,包括底板和四周的四块侧板,其特点是底板和侧板采用超薄蜂窝纸板,底板和侧板连成一整体,在底板和侧板相交处开有折叠槽,侧板折叠竖立后在两侧板之间贴水胶纸。 
本实用新型的解决方案中底板和侧板连成一整体,底板和侧板相交处开折叠槽后,折叠槽开在内,其外面依然是一整体,侧板折叠竖立后在两侧板之间贴水胶纸包装盒即定型。 
本实用新型的解决方案中在底板和侧板相交处开的折叠槽为90度V形槽。其目的是便与加工,便与侧板折叠竖立。 
本实用新型的解决方案中可在包装盒外裱贴带有盒盖的外包纸,使包装盒完整。 
本实用新型的优点:底板和侧板采用超薄蜂窝纸板折叠形成,在保证包装盒精美、强度高、重量轻的情况下,使用后原材料可以完全回收再造纸,实现资源循环利用。

其特征在于底板(1)和侧板(2)采用超薄蜂窝纸板,底板(1)和侧板(2)连成一整体,在底板(1)和侧板(2)相交处开有折叠槽(3),侧板(2)折叠竖立后在两侧板(2)之间贴水胶纸(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超薄蜂窝纸包装盒,其特征在于在底板(1)和侧板(2)相交处开的折叠槽(3)为90度V形槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超薄蜂窝纸包装盒,其特征在于在包装盒外裱贴带有盒盖的外包纸(5)。
