背景技术
目前，公知的实验室用U形管在清洗时，弧度处是清洗死角，不容易进行完全清洗，不仅增加了不必要的实验操作难度，而且或造成药品污染，对实验结果造成一定影响。

为了解决现有的U形管清洗不方便的问题，本实用新型提供一种法兰式对接U形管，该法兰式对接U形管不仅可以方便快捷的进行U形管清洗工作，而且结构简单，节约实验时间，提高实验精确度，给实验人员带来了很大的便利。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该法兰式对接U形管包括半U形管a、法兰、橡胶夹层垫、半U形管b，该法兰式对接U形管设有两节半U形管a和半U形管b，该半U形管a和半U形管b的下端分别对应设有用螺栓连接固定的法兰，法兰之间设有橡胶夹层垫。当需要清洗U形管时，只需螺母松开将法兰取下，即可将半U形管a和半U形管b分离进行清洗工作，当使用时，将半U形管a与半U形管b的用法兰固定连接，便组合成一个整体的U形管。
本实用新型的有益效果是，该法兰式对接U形管不仅可以方便快捷的进行U形管清洗工作，而且结构简单，节约实验时间，提高实验精确度，给实验人员带来了很大的便利。
