本实用新型提供 一种防溢水水杯，包括杯体和杯把，杯体为夹层结构，夹层内形成相互连通的空腔，在杯体内侧壁靠近杯口处设有进水孔，在杯口的上部设有出水孔，进水孔和出水孔均与该空腔相连通。 在端起杯子移动过程中，杯中的水若超过进水孔时，便会经进水出孔流入到空腔中，避免水溢出，烫伤皮肤或污染地板。当喝完可以倾倒杯体，将空腔内的水倒出。另外，由于空腔起到隔热的作用，因此可以被些杯体过烫。再者，由于空腔在杯底的部分较大，因此溢出的水主要存在于底部，更可以保持杯体侧壁的空腔状态。

发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种防溢水水杯，解决现有技术中水容易溢出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用下述技术方案：
一种防溢水水杯，包括杯体和杯把，杯体为夹层结构，夹层内形成相互连通的空腔，在杯体内侧壁靠近杯口处设有进水孔，在杯口的上部设有出水孔，进水孔和出水孔均与该空腔相连通。
所述空腔在杯体底部的部分高度为1-2cm，该空腔在杯体侧壁处的部分厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
在端起杯子移动过程中，杯中的水若超过进水孔时，便会经进水出孔流入到空腔中，避免水溢出，烫伤皮肤或污染地板。当喝完可以倾倒杯体，将空腔内的水倒出。另外，由于空腔起到隔热的作用，因此可以被些杯体过烫。再者，由于空腔在杯底的部分较大，因此溢出的水主要存在于底部，更可以保持杯体侧壁的空腔状态。
