背景技术
压电陶瓷平板振动扬声器振子,是一种通过压电陶瓷换能方式,借助生活中处处可见平面物件,如桌面、窗玻璃、纸箱、纸板等,达到平板扬声器播放效果的电声换能器件。
常规的扬声器,均为外形结构固定的一个部件。如纸盆扬声器,薄膜扬声器等。一般需要将其装入音箱中,才能获得较好的声音播放效果,其结构复杂,体积大、重量大、成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种压电陶瓷平板振动扬声器振子,体积小,重量轻,结构简单,便于携带。并可在不同材质或不同大小的平板上,获得不同的声音播放效果。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种压电陶瓷平板振动扬声器振子,其特征是将两组极性相反的压电陶瓷片附着于一弹性金属片上形成振子,用导线将压电陶瓷片正负电极引出,振子外层包裹软质吸音材料,在振子的一侧面安装有吸附底座。
本实用新型是利用压电陶瓷换能方式,通过压电陶瓷振子,将音频电信号直接转换成机械振动信号,再借助桌面、窗玻璃、箱体、纸板、隔板等平面物件,将振动信号转换成声音信号,实现平板扬声器功能,得到优良的声音播放效果。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,将两组极性相反的压电陶瓷片1、2附着于一弹性金属片3上形成振子,用导线5将压电陶瓷片正负电极引出,振子外层包裹软质吸音材料6,在振子的一侧面安装一吸附底座4,可以吸附在桌面、窗玻璃、箱体、纸板、隔板等平面物件上,并同时起到扩音的作用。
当馈给两组压电陶瓷片1和2音频交流信号时,会带动弹性金属片3随之一起产生音频振动,此振动会推动空气中的气体分子产生振动,空气中气体分子的振动,传入人耳中的鼓膜,就能让人听到各种声音和音乐等。

1.一种压电陶瓷平板振动扬声器振子,其特征是将两组极性相反的压电陶瓷片(1、2)附着于一弹性金属片(3)上形成振子,用导线(5)将压电陶瓷片正负电极引出,振子外层包裹软质吸音材料(6),在振子的一侧面安装有吸附底座(4)。
