本实用新型涉及一种电工附属工具,是一种高压隔离开关松动装置。 
背景技术
配网停送电拉合高压隔离开关工作主要是用高压绝缘闸杆单人次站在杆塔底部对准高压隔离开关闸刀进行拉合;但是由于高压隔离开关在户外运行很容易造成老化锈蚀,一旦遇到老化锈蚀的高压隔离开关目前只有两种处理办法: 
1.杆塔下操作人员长时间的用高压绝缘闸杆上金属拉头反复拉推敲打高压隔离开关刀闸口锈蚀部分争取让其松动然后拉开。(难度大且极易造成设备损坏);
2.用带电班组乘坐带电专用绝缘车用松动剂对高压隔离开关刀闸口进行喷剂松动。(增加了工作人员、负担、时间、造成了经济的浪费);
因此,设计一种现场单人即可操作的方便实用的高压隔离开关松动装置是必要的。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种现场单人即可操作的方便实用的高压隔离开关松动装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是: 
高压隔离开关松动装置,在绝缘闸杆的上端部通过连接螺管设有高压绝缘承载杯,在承载杯内设有按压式绝缘松动液罐,在承载杯的杯体上设有支架,在支架铰接有按压杠杆,在绝缘闸杆的中部设有手动控制握柄支架,在手动控制握柄支架上铰接有手动控制握柄,在按压杠杆与手动控制握柄之间铰接有连杆组。
本实用新型的使用方法: 
直接将高压绝缘松动装置竖起(装载松动液一头向上)然后将松动液罐喷嘴导流管对准高压隔离开关闸刀口锈蚀部分;此时用手握紧高压绝缘松动装置闸杆上手动控制握柄;随后将会有松动液喷向锈蚀闸刀口。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型可使操作人员远离10kV带电体并保持对10kV带电体绝缘,而且可以正常将松动液喷到高压隔离开关闸刀口上,现场单人即可操作的方便实用。

如图所示,高压隔离开关松动装置,在绝缘闸杆2的上端部通过连接螺管3设有高压绝缘承载杯4,在承载杯4内设有按压式绝缘松动液罐5,在承载杯4的杯体上设有支架6,在支架6铰接有按压杠杆7,在绝缘闸杆2的中部设有手动控制握柄支架9,在手动控制握柄支架9上铰接有手动控制握柄1,在按压杠杆7与手动控制握柄1之间铰接有连杆组8。

1.高压隔离开关松动装置,其特征在于:在绝缘闸杆(2)的上端部通过连接螺管(3)设有高压绝缘承载杯(4),在承载杯(4)内设有按压式绝缘松动液罐(5),在承载杯(4)的杯体上设有支架(6),在支架(6)铰接有按压杠杆(7),在绝缘闸杆(2)的中部设有手动控制握柄支架(9),在手动控制握柄支架(9)上铰接有手动控制握柄(1),在按压杠杆(7)与手动控制握柄(1)之间铰接有连杆组(8)。
