背景技术:
目前。现有的军用枪弹的弹头结构主要分为两种:1弹头壳+钢芯+铅芯,如我国的5.8x42枪弹,美国的M855枪弹。2弹头壳+铅芯,如俄罗斯的5.45x39枪弹,美国的M193枪弹.第1种枪弹对硬目标的穿透效果好,但是对软目标的杀软目标的杀伤效果不足,射击精度不高。第2种枪弹软目标的杀伤效果好,射击精度高,但是对硬目标的穿透效果不足。 
发明内容:
为了增强弹头对软硬目标的综合杀伤效果,本实用新型的弹头不仅对硬目标的穿透效果好,而且对软目标的杀伤效果更佳。 
本实用新型的弹头解决其技术问题的技术方案是:在弹头壳内硬合金弹芯的头部与弹头壳的头部相配合,硬合金弹芯的尾部与定位隔断垫片相连,硬合金弹芯与定位隔断垫片可以是分体的也可以是一体的,定位隔断垫片在弹头壳和硬合金弹芯之间隔断出一定的空腔,定位隔断垫片与弹尾部之间是铅芯,在硬合金弹芯与定位隔断垫片之间留有可供弹头在击中目标时弹头发生变形或偏转的空腔,而且在质量分布上前轻后重,弹头在击中目标时更易发生偏转,增大了杀伤的效果。 
本实用新型弹头的有益效果是:增大了对软目标的杀伤效果,增加了对硬目标的穿透效果,而且结构简单,易于生产,节约金属材料,并且适用于12.7毫米以下的所有口径的枪械的枪弹。

本新型实用弹头的纵剖面结构图中:(1)弹头壳,(2)硬合金弹芯,(3)空腔,(4)定位隔断垫片,(5)铅芯。 
在弹头壳内硬合金弹芯(2)的头部与弹头壳(1)的头部相配合,硬合金弹芯(2)的尾部与定位隔断垫片(4)相连,硬合金弹芯(2)与定位隔断垫片(4)可以是分体的也可以是一体的,在硬合金弹芯(2)与定位隔断垫片(4)之间留有可供弹头在击中目标时弹头发生变形或偏转的空腔(3),定位隔断垫片(4)与弹尾部之间是铅芯(5)。 
具体实施方式:
本实用新型的弹头根据射程的远近可分为两种形式:图1近程弹头,如附图(1)所示,弹头纵剖面图中硬合金弹芯头部的形状与弹头壳的头部的形状相同,其他部分为圆柱形,硬合金弹芯的直径小于弹头直径,靠定位隔断垫片保证与弹头壳的同轴度,隔断铅芯与硬合金弹芯,使弹头质量前轻后重,硬合金弹芯与定位隔断垫片之间的空腔体积较大,击中目标时,使弹头壳在空腔的位置产生变形,增大了杀伤效果,如换用速燃火药则更适合短枪管武器发射。图2远程弹头:如附图(2)所示的纵剖面图中的硬合金弹芯形状呈不对称的菱形,加大了质量增加了射程,硬合金弹芯靠定位隔断垫片保证与弹头壳的同轴度,以提高射击精度。硬合金弹芯与定位隔断垫片之间的空腔体积较小,击中目标时,硬合金弹芯会在空腔的位置偏转,使弹头产生更大的杀伤效果,偏转角度的大小与留有空腔的大小有关,击中硬目标时尾部的铅芯会对硬合金弹芯起到推动 作用,增加了穿透的效果。

1.硬尖空腔弹头,本新型技术方案与现有的弹头的区别是,与弹头头部有空腔的5.45*39相比弹头头部有硬合金支撑,空腔在硬合金弹芯的头部的后面铅芯的前面,与弹头无空腔的M855枪弹相比,在硬合金弹芯于铅芯之间有空腔,其特征是:在弹头壳内,硬合金弹芯的头部与弹头壳的头部相配合,硬合金弹芯的尾部与定位隔断垫片相连,硬合金弹芯与定位隔断垫片可以是分体的也可以是一体的,定位隔断垫片在弹头壳和硬合金弹芯之间隔断出一定的空腔,定位隔断垫片与弹尾部之间是铅芯,在硬合金弹芯与定位隔断垫片之间留有可供弹头在击中目标时弹头发生变形或偏转的空腔。
