本实用新型涉及一种喷水织机的脱水机构，包括传动辊，还包括挤压辊组和吸水机，挤压辊组下方设有水箱，水箱中设有过滤网和吸附层，水箱中设有浮球；当胚布通过上挤压辊和下挤压辊间的空隙时，上挤压辊和下挤压辊对其进行挤压，被挤压出来的水直接落到水箱中，经水箱中的过滤网过滤掉颗粒较大杂质，然后经水箱中吸附层的吸附，把水中较小颗粒吸附到吸附层中，水箱中设有浮球，当水箱中水量过高，致使浮球碰触到吸附层时，启动电机，把水箱中水抽出使用，达到了水的循环利用。

 本实用新型涉及纺织机械领域应用中的喷水织机，尤其是涉及一种喷水织机的脱水机构。
背景技术
喷水织机是采用喷射水柱牵引纬纱穿越梭口的无梭织机，喷水织机刚制作出来的胚布中含有大量水分，需对胚布进行脱水处理后才能对胚布进行卷布包装，目前大都利用吸水机直接对胚布进行吸水，胚布中的水被吸水机吸出后大都经处理后排出，造成水资源浪费。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种喷水织机的脱水机构，实现水资源的循环利用，利于环保。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种喷水织机的脱水机构，包括传动辊，还包括挤压辊组和吸水机，挤压辊组下方设有水箱，水箱中设有过滤网和吸附层，水箱中设有浮球。
进一步，挤压辊组包括上挤压辊和下挤压辊，上挤压辊和下挤压辊间具有空隙。
本实用新型的有益效果是：当胚布通过上挤压辊和下挤压辊间的空隙时，上挤压辊和下挤压辊对其进行挤压，被挤压出来的水直接落到水箱中，经水箱中的过滤网过滤掉颗粒较大杂质，然后经水箱中吸附层的吸附，把水中较小颗粒吸附到吸附层中，水箱中设有浮球，当水箱中水量过高，致使浮球碰触到吸附层时，启动电机，把水箱中水抽出使用，达到了水的循环利用。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细描述：如图1所示一种喷水织机的脱水机构，包括传动辊1，还包括挤压辊组和吸水机2，挤压辊组下方设有水箱3，水箱3中设有过滤网3-1和吸附层3-2，水箱3中设有浮球6；挤压辊组包括上挤压辊4和下挤压辊5，上挤压辊4和下挤压辊5间具有空隙。

2.根据权利要求1所述喷水织机脱水机构，其特征在于：所述挤压辊组包括上挤压辊（4）和下挤压辊（5），所述上挤压辊（4）和下挤压辊（5）间具有空隙。
