本实用新型涉及除尘结构，主要是一种吸料除尘装置。
背景技术
瓶片纺涤纶短纤由于是采用回收瓶片为原料，来源繁杂，杂质多，性能不稳定，因而需要加装真空桶，减少杂质。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种吸料除尘装置，其结构简单巧妙，利用吸风机吸料的同时进行除尘除杂质，使用方便，实用性好。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种吸料除尘装置，包括有地槽，地槽上开有出料口，其特征在于：还包括有吸风机，吸风机的吸风管与地槽上的出料口连通，所述的地槽与吸风机之间设有真空桶，所述吸风管的中间断开分别与真空桶的上端连通，所述吸风管对真空桶内吸风形成旋涡状结构；所述吸风机上连通有水平出风管，水平出风管上依次连通有三个竖直支风管。
所述的三个支风管的出口处套有接料袋。
本实用新型中加装真空桶后，瓶碎片原料进入到真空桶内，重量较重的杂质则直接掉入到真空桶的桶底；最后进入到出风管的物料中也有轻重不同的，根据物料的重量比不同，依次落料在不同的支风管内。
本实用新型的优点是：
结构简单巧妙，利用吸风机吸料的同时进行除尘除杂质，使用方便，实用性好。

参见图1，一种吸料除尘装置，包括有地槽1，地槽1上开有出料口2，还包括有吸风机3，吸风机3的吸风管4与地槽上的出料口2连通，所述的地槽1与吸风机3之间设有真空桶5，所述吸风管4的中间断开分别与真空桶5的上端连通，所述吸风管4对真空桶5内吸风形成旋涡状结构；所述吸风机3上连通有水平出风管6，水平出风管6上依次连通有三个竖直支风管7。
所述的三个支风管7的出口处套有接料袋8。
