一种胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统技术领域[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统。背景技术[0002] 本发明人自1982年年初开始研究纤维束过滤以来,研究了多种纤维束滤料的使 用方法及装置,其中一种方法为过滤时水垂直纤维束伸展方向流过过滤层,清洗时清洗水 沿着纤维束伸展方向流过滤层。纤维束滤料的压缩和放松一般采用过滤水流或清洗水流 来实现。存在着纤维束滤料压缩不均匀,过滤精度和过滤速度不易调控、清洗效果较差等问 题。发明内容[0003] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统。[0004] 用于实现本实用新型目的的一种胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,包括重力式纤 维束过滤系统和压力式纤维束过滤系统,该系统主要包括壳体、滤料组件、胶囊压缩机构、 过滤出水集水装置、清洗配气装置、过滤进水管、过滤出水管、清洗进气管。[0005] 所说滤料组件主要包括由纤维长丝制成的纤维束滤元、上支撑架、下支撑架,纤维 束滤元上端通过连接件连接在上支撑架上,纤维束滤元下端通过连接件连接在下支撑架 上,若干纤维束滤元构成滤料层。[0006] 所说上支撑架和下支撑架上开有若干通水或通气通道。所说连接件可以是绳索、 橡胶条、塑料条、不锈钢丝、弹簧、金属环、塑料环、螺栓、插件等的一种。[0007] 所说下支撑架可用若干坠件代替,每个坠件连接在纤维束滤元下端。[0008] 所说滤料组件安装在壳体内,清洗配气装置设置在滤料组件的下方,过滤出水集 水装置垂直面对滤料组件上的纤维束滤元并设置在滤料组件过滤出水一侧,过滤进水管与 壳体连接,过滤出水管与过滤出水集水装置连接,清洗进气管与清洗配气装置连接。[0009] 所说胶囊压缩机构主要包括胶囊或胶囊组、充气或排气装置、或充水或排水装置。[0010] 所说充气或排气装置为空气压缩机或真空泵,充水或排水装置为水泵或真空泵。[0011] 所说胶囊或胶囊组通过管道、阀门与空气压缩机或真空泵,或水泵或真空泵连接。[0012] 所说胶囊或胶囊组用橡胶或橡胶布制成,胶囊形状为球形或半球形,或柱形或半 柱形,或方块形或菱形,或其它任何几何形状。[0013] 若干独立的胶囊固定在支架或钢板或玻璃钢板或塑料板或胶板或绳索或隔栅或 隔网或布上组成胶囊组,每只胶囊上至少连接有一根管道。[0014] 所说支架可以用塑料管或金属管制作,胶囊固定在支架上,胶囊通过管道与支架 管道接通,支架管道与充气或排气装置连接,或与充水或排水装置连接。[0015] 另一种情况为若干胶囊粘接在同一张橡胶布或钢板或玻璃钢板或塑料板或胶板 的一侧或两侧组成胶囊组,胶囊与胶囊之间有通道连接,每个胶囊组至少连接有一根外接管道。[0016] 同一组胶囊排列规律保证胶囊之间的间隔空隙不形成上下垂直线。[0017] 所说胶囊或胶囊组设置在滤料组件远离过滤出水集水装置一侧直接与纤维滤元 接触,胶囊或胶囊组充气或充水膨胀后,纤维束滤元被压缩到过滤出水集水装置上形成滤 料层,胶囊与胶囊与滤料层间形成的空隙为过滤进水配水通道。[0018] 所说胶囊或胶囊组设置在滤料组件远离过滤出水集水装置一侧,胶囊或胶囊组与 滤料组件间设置隔网或隔栅,胶囊或胶囊组充气或充水膨胀后,纤维束滤元通过隔网或隔 栅被压缩到过滤出水集水装置上形成滤料层,胶囊与胶囊与隔网或隔栅间形成的空隙为过 滤进水配水通道。[0019] 所说隔网或隔栅沿着垂直表面方向开有足够的孔道或缝隙,或沿着垂直表面方向 和平行表面方向开有足够的孔道或缝隙。[0020] 所说过滤出水集水装置为多孔盒或多孔管组。[0021] 通过改变胶囊或胶囊组的充水量或充气量可以改变滤料层的堆积密度从而调节 过滤精度。[0022] 本实用新型的一种胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,既可做成重力式纤维束过滤 池,也可做成压力式纤维束过滤器。不仅适用于去除水中的悬浮物、浊度的水处理过滤,也 适用于去除水中有机物、氨氮、总氮、总磷的微生物处理的生物过滤器或生物滤池。本实用 新型的一种胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统特别适合于污水处理厂或供水厂等大规模水 处理场合的重力式滤池。[0023] 本实用新型的一种胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,与最常见的纵向流纤维束过 滤方法相比,在相同占地面下可数倍地增大过滤面积,从而可成倍地减少占地面积。与现有 侧向流纤维束过滤方法相比,本实用新型滤层压缩密度可调节可控制,从而可以调节过滤 精度和过滤速度。另外,本实用新型清洗时采用下向流和上向流交替方式或采用下向流排 空清洗和上向流充水清洗方式洗出纤维束滤料上截留的污物,清洗效果显著提高。附图说明[0024] 图1为胶囊压缩侧向流纤维过滤系统示意图[0025] 图1-1为胶囊压缩侧向流纤维过滤系统俯视图[0026] 图2为滤料组件示意图[0027] 图2-1为滤料组件侧视图[0028] 图3为断续柱形胶囊组示意图[0029] 图4为球形胶囊组示意图[0030] 图5为柱形胶囊组示意图[0031] 图6为绳索连接的柱形胶囊组示意图[0032] 图7为带隔网胶囊压缩侧向流纤维过滤系统示意图[0033] 图8为隔网示意图[0034] 具体实施例描述[0035] 参见图1、图1-1、图2、图2-1、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8,用于实现本实用新型目的的一种胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,该系统主要包括壳体1、滤料组件、胶囊压 缩机构、过滤出水集水装置8、清洗配气装置12、过滤进水管13、过滤出水管14、清洗进气管16、下向流清洗排水管或排空管15、上向流清洗排水管19、过滤出水汇流室10等组成。[0036] 所说滤料组件主要包括由纤维束滤元2、上支撑架3、下支撑架4组成,纤维束滤元 2上端通过连接件连接在上支撑架3上,纤维束滤元2下端通过连接件连接在下支撑架4 上,若干纤维束滤元2构成滤料层。[0037] 所说上支撑架3和下支撑架4上开有若干通水或通气通道333和444。所说连接 件5可以是绳索、橡胶条、塑料条、不锈钢丝、弹簧、金属环、塑料环、螺栓、插件等的一种。[0038] 所说滤料组件安装在壳体I内,清洗配气装置12设置在滤料组件的下方,过滤出 水集水装置8垂直面对滤料组件上的纤维束滤元2并设置在滤料组件过滤出水一侧,过滤 进水管13与壳体I连接,过滤出水管14与过滤出水汇流室10连接,过滤出水集水装置8 与过滤出水汇流室10连接,清洗进气管16与清洗配气装置12连接,下向流清洗排水管或 排空管15与滤料组件下方的壳体I连接,上向流清洗排水管19与壳体I上部连接。[0039] 所说胶囊压缩机构主要包括胶囊或胶囊组、充水或排水装置。[0040] 所说充水或排水装置为水泵。[0041] 所说胶囊或胶囊组用橡胶或橡胶布制成,胶囊61形状为柱形或半柱形。若干胶囊 61粘接在同一张胶板51的两侧组成胶囊组,胶囊61与胶囊61之间有通道连接,每个胶囊 组至少连接有一根外接管道。[0042] 参见图3,若干柱形胶囊61以一定的间距断续地粘接在胶板51上组成胶囊组。[0043] 参见图4,若干球形胶囊62以一定的间距粘接在胶板51上组成胶囊组。[0044] 参见图5,若干柱形胶囊63以一定的间距水平平行地粘接在胶板51上组成胶囊组。[0045] 参见图6,若干独立的柱形胶囊633以一定的间距水平平行地固定在绳索52上组 成胶囊组。[0046] 同一组胶囊排列的间隔空隙不形成上下垂直线。[0047] 所说胶囊或胶囊组通过管道17、阀门与空气压缩机或真空泵,或水泵或真空泵连 接。[0048] 参见图1、图1-1,所说胶囊或胶囊组设置在滤料组件远离过滤出水集水装置8 — 侧直接与纤维滤元2接触,胶囊或胶囊组充气或充水膨胀后,纤维束滤元2被压缩到过滤出 水集水装置8上形成滤料层,胶囊与胶囊与滤料层间形成的空隙为过滤进水配水通道18。[0049] 参见图7、图8,所说胶囊或胶囊组设置在滤料组件远离过滤出水集水装置8 一侧, 胶囊或胶囊组与滤料组件间设置隔网或隔栅55,胶囊或胶囊组充气或充水膨胀后,纤维束 滤元2通过隔网或隔栅55被压缩到过滤出水集水装置8上形成滤料层,胶囊与胶囊与隔网 或隔栅55间形成的空隙为过滤进水配水通道18。[0050] 工作原理:[0051] 过滤前,通过管道17向胶囊组充入一定体积的水或空气,胶囊组膨胀沿着垂直纤 维束伸展方向对纤维束滤元2形成的滤料层施加压缩力使滤料层被适度压缩。[0052] 过滤时,过滤进水从过滤进水管13进入到壳体I的上部,再经过配水通道18沿着 垂直于纤维束滤元2伸展方向进入滤料层进行过滤,从滤料层流出的过滤出水再经过滤出 水集水装置8、过滤出水汇流室10、过滤出水管14流出。[0053] 清洗前,通过管道17排出胶囊组内的水或空气,胶囊收缩到最小,使纤维束滤元2形成的滤料层充分放松。[0054] 清洗时,采用清洗水下向流排空清洗和上向流充水清洗方式。利用本装置内的水 进行下向流排空清洗:关闭过滤进水管13上的过滤进水阀,打开下向流清洗排水管15上的 下向流清洗排水阀,关闭过滤出水管14上的过滤出水阀,打开清洗进气管16上的清洗进气 阀,清洗空气通过清洗进气管16、清洗配气装置12进入壳体I底部,自下而上通过滤料组件 进行空气擦洗,然后从滤料组件上部逸出,清洗排水经下向流清洗排水管15排出,装置内 水面逐渐下降直至排空。利用过滤出水进行上向流充水清洗:清洗进气管16继续进气,关 闭下向流清洗排水管15上的下向流清洗排水阀,打开上向流清洗排水管19上的上向流清 洗排水阀,打开过滤出水管14上的过滤出水阀使其它正处于过滤状态的纤维束过滤装置 的过滤出水靠压差自流到过滤出水汇流室10或利用清洗水泵将过滤出水输送到过滤出水 汇流室10,再通过过滤出水集水装置8进入滤料组件,装置内的水位逐渐上升,清洗水自下 而上流过滤料组件,再通过上向流清洗排水管19排出。清洗时,清洗水也可以沿着垂直纤 维束伸展方向通过过滤层。
Claims (13)
1. 一种胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,包括重力式纤维束过滤系统和压力式纤维束过滤系统,该系统主要包括壳体、滤料组件、胶囊压缩机构、过滤出水集水装置、清洗配气装置、过滤进水管、过滤出水管、清洗进气管。
2.根据权利要求1所说的胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,其特征在于所说滤料组件主要包括由纤维长丝制成的纤维束滤元、上支撑架、下支撑架,纤维束滤元上端通过连接件连接在上支撑架上,纤维束滤元下端通过连接件连接在下支撑架上,若干纤维束滤元构成滤料层。
3.根据权利要求2所说的胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,其特征在于,所说上支撑架和下支撑架上开有若干通水或通气通道,所说连接件可以是绳索、橡胶条、塑料条、不锈钢丝、弹簧、金属环、塑料环、螺栓、插件的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所说的胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,其特征在于,所说滤料组件安装在壳体内,清洗配气装置设置在滤料组件的下方,过滤出水集水装置垂直面对滤料组件上的纤维束滤元并设置在滤料组件过滤出水一侧,过滤进水管与壳体连接,过滤出水管与过滤出水集水装置连接,清洗进气管与清洗配气装置连接。
5.根据权利要求1所说的胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,其特征在于,所说胶囊压缩机构主要包括胶囊或胶囊组、充气或排气装置、或充水或排水装置。
6.根据权利要求5所说的胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,其特征在于,所说充气或排气装置为空气压缩机或真空泵,充水或排水装置为水泵或真空泵,所说胶囊或胶囊组通过管道、阀门与空气压缩机或真空泵,或水泵或真空泵连接。
7.根据权利要求5所说的胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,其特征在于,所说胶囊或胶囊组用橡胶或橡胶布制成,胶囊形状为球形或半球形,或柱形或半柱形,或方块形或菱形,或其它任何几何形状。
8.根据权利要求5所说的胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,其特征在于,若干独立的胶囊固定在支架或钢板或玻璃钢板或塑料板或胶板或绳索或隔栅或隔网或布上组成胶囊组,每只胶囊上至少连接有一根管道。
9.根据权利要求8所说的胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,其特征在于,所说支架可以用塑料管或金属管制作,胶囊固定在支架上,胶囊通过管道与支架管道接通,支架管道与充气或排气装置连接,或与充水或排水装置连接。
10.根据权利要求5所说的胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,其特征在于,若干胶囊粘接在同一张橡胶布或钢板或玻璃钢板或塑料板或胶板的一侧或两侧组成胶囊组,胶囊与胶囊之间有通道连接,每个胶囊组至少连接有根外接管道。
11.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7或8或9或10所说的胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,其特征在于,所说胶囊或胶囊组设置在滤料组件远离过滤出水集水装置一侧直接与纤维滤元接触,胶囊或胶囊组充气或充水膨胀后,纤维束滤元被压缩到过滤出水集水装置上形成滤料层,胶囊与胶囊与滤料层间形成的空隙为过滤进水配水通道。
12.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7或8或9或10所说的胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统,其特征在于,所说胶囊或胶囊组设置在滤料组件远离过滤出水集水装置一侧,胶囊或胶囊组与滤料组件间设置隔网或隔栅,胶囊或胶囊组充气或充水膨胀后,纤维束滤元通过隔网或隔栅被压缩到过滤出水集水装置上形成滤料层,胶囊与胶囊与隔网或隔栅间形成的空隙为过滤进水配水通道。
13.根据权利要求1所说的胶囊压缩侧向流纤维束过滤系统其特征在于,所说过滤出水集水装置为多孔盒或多孔管组。
