本实用新型涉及一种插拔式电容器触发模块,尤其涉及一种用于连接有源滤波电容器组的插拔式电容器触发模块。
背景技术
原设计有源滤波系统中的电容为分开单个安装、导线连接,电路复杂且不易维修,分散安装在整个有源滤波系统中不方便容量的扩展。

所要解决的技术问题:
现有有源滤波系统电容导线连线、电路复杂,分散安装,不方便容量扩展。
技术方案:
针对以上不足,本实用新型提供了一种插拔式电容器触发模块,包括保护电阻1、空气开关2、隔离变压器3、保护电容4、可控硅5、熔断器6,保护电阻1、空气开关2、隔离变压器3、保护电容4、可控硅5、熔断器6为一个整体,并设有与一次插头7连接的接头。

这样安装于整个有源滤波系统中不仅方便安装,而且便于容量扩展、便于维修。

下面结合附图来对本实用新型进行详细说明。
本实用新型的插拔式电容触发模块,将保护电阻1、空气开关2、隔离变压器3、保护电容4、可控硅5、熔断器6安装为一个整体,留有和一次插头7连接的接头,用于连接一次插头7。
实施例1:
如图1所示,所述插拔式电容触发模块安装在绝缘材料板上,分为3层,上面一层安装有隔离变压器3,保护电阻1,保护电容4及空气开关2,他们之间皆用导线相连,中间层用两个型材安装可控硅5,下面一层安装熔断器6,整体底部通过铜排与插头7相连。插拔式电容触发模块四边都用箱体围起形成一个小箱子。底部一次插头7可以直接安装在开关柜中,方便拆卸,方便维修,方便增容。
中间层两个型材安装可控硅5的为L型。
有源滤波系统中信号输入触发板使可控硅5导通,通过一次插头7与电容器组相连,从而进行滤波及补偿;其中隔离变压器3的作用是调整电压输送给触发板;熔断器6、保护电容4保护电阻1都是保护电路的作用。

1.一种插拔式电容器触发模块,包括保护电阻(1)、空气开关(2)、隔离变压器(3)、保护电容(4)、可控硅(5)、熔断器(6),其特征在于:保护电阻(1)、空气开关(2)、隔离变压器(3)、保护电容(4)、可控硅(5)、熔断器(6)为一个整体,并设有与一次插头(7)连接的接头。
2.如权利要求1所述的插拔式电容器触发模块,其特征在于:所述插拔式电容触发模块安装在绝缘材料板上,分为3层,上面一层安装有隔离变压器(3),保护电阻(1),保护电容(4)及空气开关(2),他们之间皆用导线相连,中间层用两个型材安装可控硅(5),下面一层安装熔断器(6),整体底部通过铜排与一次插头(7)相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的插拔式电容器触发模块,其特征在于:中间层两个型材安装可控硅(5)的为L型。
4.如权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的插拔式电容器触发模块,其特征在于:一次插头(7)可以直接安装在开关柜中。
5.如权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的插拔式电容器触发模块,其特征在于:所述插拔式电容触发模块四边都用箱体围起形成一个小箱子。
