一种灯具，包括有顶面开口的罩壳，罩壳上铰接安装有透光板，透光板正好盖在罩壳的顶面上，其特征在于：所述的罩壳内设有一层隔板，隔板的中间上开有条形口，所述的隔板上铰接安装有活动板，所述的活动板正好盖在条形口上，所述的罩壳内在隔板的下方安装有整流器，所述的罩壳内在隔板的上方安装有灯管，所述的灯管偏离活动板的位置。

本实用新型中将整流器安装在罩壳内的下层，设有隔板将灯管与整流器，同时，设有活动板可打开隔层，方便对整流器进行维修更换，使用方便。因为灯管安装的位置偏离活动板，因而打开活动板时不需要拆下灯管。
