背景技术
 风能的开发利用已有很长的历史。近年来,风力发电作为可再生的清洁能源受到世界各国政府、能源界和环保界的高度重视。海上风力资源蕴藏量大,清洁无污染,占地少,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。然而将风力发电机组建设在海上需要坚固的基础,目前的海上风机基础的钢管桩大多为七根钢管,其材料和建设费用较高,并且施工难度较大。因此,需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种六桩风力发电机组基础,该基础结构设计合理,施工方便,制造成本及施工难度低。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种六桩风力发电机组基础,包括主筒体、上斜支撑杆、下斜支撑杆和沿圆周均匀分布的多根钢管桩,所述每根钢管桩上均套有桩套管,所述每根桩套管与主筒体的底部之间均通过下斜支撑杆连接,所述每根桩套管与主筒体的顶部之间均通过上斜支撑杆连接,所述钢管桩的个数为六根。
所述每根上斜支撑杆的底部与其相邻的下斜支撑杆间设置有加强板。
所述其中一上斜支撑杆上设置有外爬梯。
所述主筒体的顶部设置有安装平台。
本实用新型的优点是:与传统的七根钢管桩的基础相比,本实用新型省去了中央一根钢管桩,节约了制造成本、降低了施工难度,增强了基础的牢固性。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种六桩风力发电机组基础,包括主筒体1、上斜支撑杆2、下斜支撑杆3和沿圆周均匀分布的六根钢管桩4,在每根钢管桩4上均套有桩套管5,在每根桩套管5与主筒体1的底部之间均通过下斜支撑杆3连接,在每根桩套管5与主筒体1的顶部之间均通过上斜支撑杆2连接,为了进一步增强牢固性,在每根上斜支撑杆2的底部与其相邻的下斜支撑杆3间设置了加强板8。为了便于安装风机塔筒,在其中一上斜支撑杆2上设置了外爬梯,主筒体1的顶部设置了安装平台7。

1.一种六桩风力发电机组基础,包括主筒体、上斜支撑杆、下斜支撑杆和沿圆周均匀分布的多根钢管桩,所述每根钢管桩上均套有桩套管,所述每根桩套管与主筒体的底部之间均通过下斜支撑杆连接,所述每根桩套管与主筒体的顶部之间均通过上斜支撑杆连接,其特征在于:所述钢管桩的个数为六根。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种六桩风力发电机组基础,其特征在于:所述每根上斜支撑杆的底部与其相邻的下斜支撑杆间设置有加强板。
