如图所示，一种带拉钩的骨蜡涂抹装置，手柄1端部连接有拉杆，拉杆顶端设有拉钩3，拉钩侧面设有套管4，手柄端部还设有卡槽5，卡槽上卡接一次性涂抹头6，一次性涂抹头顶端设有纱布球7，一次性涂抹头底部设有磁石8，一次性涂抹头为弧形。
使用时，将一次性涂抹头经卡槽与手柄连接为一体，用手将骨蜡捏软后，铺于纱布球上，再适当用力涂抹于渗血骨表面，达到止血的目的。可以用挂钩拉开阻挡涂抹骨蜡的组织，将冷光源等管状设施插在管套内，辅助涂抹骨蜡。一次性涂抹头底部磁石的吸引力可确保使用过程中一次性涂抹头不脱落。
