本实用新型包括钩头以及挂架，所述挂架为横向U形框架结构，内壁附有一层防滑垫，底部安装钩头；在挂架顶面设有插筒。
使用时，由于挂架采用横向U形结构，因此使用者将挂架横向插在桌沿上，通过防滑垫增大摩擦力，提高稳定性，此时钩头处在底部，插筒处在顶部，使用者可用钩头悬挂物品，可用插筒储存文具。即可悬挂存放物品，又具备储存功能。
