本实用新型涉及一种电力设备。
背景技术
目前配电变压器高低压接线柱广泛采用铜铝接线端子(鼻子)或设备线夹进行高低压导线(或电缆)与变压器接线柱连接。此种线夹接触面积小,接触电阻大,极易造成变压器过热事故的发生,严重者烧毁变压器,另外安装不方便。
与本实用新型最接近的是C型变压器接线柱连接管线夹。借助了C型线夹结构的优点,导线与线夹在温度变化时做到同呼吸,线夹始终保持对导线的恒定压力,所以不会发热。配电变压器专用线夹与变压器接线柱连接由一个孔变为一个管,接触面积大大增加,接触电阻大大降低,测量值几乎为零。但是这种线夹结构复杂,成本高,体积大,影响配电变压器防窃电计量箱的安装。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种配电变压器连接线夹,以解决现有技术采用铜铝接线端子(鼻子)或设备线夹进行高低压导线(或电缆)与变压器接线柱连接,与变压器接线柱接触面积小,接触电阻大,极易造成变压器过热事故的发生,严重者烧毁变压器,另外安装不方便;C型变压器接线柱连接管线夹,结构复杂,成本高,影响防窃电计量箱的安装等问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是该线夹增设与变压器接线柱顶端配套的内丝套管,内丝套管一侧垂直设置连接管,连接管上设置若干螺栓,连接管内设置压片,压片横截面为月牙形,中间厚,边沿薄。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是结构简单,成本低廉,不影响计量箱的安装,该线夹与变压器接线柱连接由一个孔变为一个管,接触面积大大增加,接触电阻大大降低,测量值几乎为零,延长了变压器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图所示:该线夹增设与变压器接线柱顶端配套的内丝套管,内丝套管一侧垂直焊接连接管,连接管上安装三组螺栓,连接管内安装压片,压片横截面为月牙形,中间厚,边沿薄。该线夹采用铜铝过渡材料。变压器接线柱的结构与现有技术相同。
