本实用新型涉及一种高空接线装置,适用于电气设备检测系统。属于电工、机械领域。 
背景技术
随着电力的飞速发展,电压等级越来越高,高压电力设备也越来越高,给我班电气试验工作增加了不小的难度。CN101752770A公开了一种高空接线钳,起到了不小的减负作用,但在运用中也存在着困难,比如针对有的设备,由于高空接线钳的钳头开口较小而不能钳紧,导致容易出现高空钳倾斜而发生距带电部位距离不够而发生事故,另外,其钳头端部采用紧固螺栓连接引线,所以每次试验必须拆除原来引线的接头,这样高空钳本身紧固螺栓由于使用频繁容易出现滑丝,引线接头由于经常拆、接也容易出现断线,接线头平均每月出现2次断裂。 
实用新型内容
鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使用更加方便、不易滑丝、使用寿命长的接线钳。 
鉴于此,本新型提供的技术方案是,提供一种组合接线钳,包括接线钳钳口、接线头,接线钳钳口夹持面为齿形或弧形,接线钳钳口的接线头设有一螺孔;该组合接线钳还包括一铜辫子,铜辫子与接线头连接。组合接线钳,包括接线钳钳口、钳口支架、连接轴、连接头,接线钳钳口由定钳口和动钳口构成,其夹持面为齿形或弧形,接线钳钳口的接线头设有一螺孔;该组合接线钳还包括一铜辫子,铜辫子的两端设置有连接板,该连接板上设置有一个通孔;上述接线头与连接板通过螺栓连接。现有高空钳接头紧固螺栓由于使用频繁容易出现滑丝,一旦滑丝后,可能造成接触不良,特别是进行大电流测试时,还容易出现发热,并可能烧毁接线柱。将铜辫子与接线头用紧固螺栓紧固后基本可以不动。且铜辫子同试验引线连接时可以采用蝶形螺栓连接,也利于旋紧,方便于操作。 
进一步地,接线钳钳口夹持面嵌设有永久磁铁块。嵌设位置可以是夹持面边缘,或在夹持面中部。对于部分电气设备(如避雷器)相对与接线钳钳口较小,不能钳紧,易导致出现倾斜,一般试验时,临近设备均在运行中,所以容易出现距带电设备距离不够而放电的不安全因素,将引线固定在永久磁铁块上,并留有一定的宽度,采用高空钳将其与被试设备接触,待其接触后,再紧固高空钳,则不易出现滑落,高空钳也不会出现倾斜,主要运用于避雷器试验、耦合电容器试验、CVT试验。这些设备端部多采用铸铁浇铸,便于永久磁铁吸合接触。需要指出的是,添加永久性磁铁块的接线钳不能运用于大电流试验。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型所述组合接线钳拆、接线均方便,也易于紧固,引线本身的接头也不易出现断裂,使用寿命更长。

实施例1: 
参见图1,该组合接线钳包括接线钳钳口、钳口支架、连接轴、接线头,接线钳钳口1由定钳口和动钳口构成,其夹持面为齿形或弧形,接线钳钳口1的接线头11有一螺孔;该组合接线钳还包括一铜辫子2,铜辫子2的两端设置有连接板21,该连接板21上设置有一个通孔。明显地,铜辫子的截面不易过小,避免电阻大,导致其发热量大。上述接线头11与连接板21通过紧固螺栓连接。使用时,铜辫子2同试验引线连接时采用蝶形螺栓连接。
实施例2: 
与实施例1不同的是,接线钳钳口1的夹持面外边缘嵌设有永久磁铁块12。该设备可用于避雷器试验、耦合电容器试验、CVT试验。

1.一种组合接线钳,包括接线钳钳口(1)、接线头(11),其特征在于,接线钳钳口(1)夹持面为齿形或弧形,接线钳钳口(1)的接线头(11)设有一螺孔;该组合接线钳还包括一铜辫子(2),铜辫子(2)与接线头连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合接线钳,其特征在于,铜辫子(2)的两端设置有连接板(21),该连接板(21)上设置有一个通孔;连接板(21)与上述接线头(11)通过螺栓连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合接线钳,其特征在于,接线钳钳口(1)夹持面嵌设有永久磁铁块(12)。
