当放射源到焦点的距离不变时,准直孔出口距焦点越近,焦点处辐射野半影越小,辐射野品质越符合临床需要。由于全身伽玛刀要同时满足体部照射和头部照射的要求,因此,在现有的全身伽玛刀上,用于头部照射的准直孔(辐射野直径较小的准直孔)和用于体部照射的准直孔(辐射野直径较大的准直孔)距焦点的距离是相同的,这导致了头部辐射野半影的扩大,输出剂量率的下降。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种准直器出口距焦点距离不同的准直装置,其减小头部辐射野半影,提高输出剂量率。

如图1所示,本实用新型准直器出口距焦点距离不同的准直装置包括移动块1、第一准直孔组2、第二准直孔组3,第一准直孔组2、第二准直孔组3分别位于移动块1的两端,第一准直孔组2的长度大于第二准直孔组3的长度,第一准直孔组的辐射野尺寸和第二准直孔组的辐射野尺寸大小不同。移动块1位于一个源体4的下方,源体4内设有放射源5。
移动块上加工有辐射野尺寸大小不同的准直孔组,其中射野较小的准直孔组(第一准直孔组)的出口距焦点的距离小于射野较大的准直孔组(第二准直孔组),也就是说其出口距放射源更远。通过移动块的左右移动(图1中的箭头方向)可使不同的准直孔组对准放射源,实现辐射野的切换。由于小射野的准直孔出口处的外形尺寸较小,可以避开患者肩部,避免和患者碰撞,减小头部辐射野半影,提高输出剂量率。
