太阳能热水器与建筑相结合,在外观上要求合理摆放太阳能集热器,实现太阳能热水器与建筑的协调与统一。在结构上,需要确保建筑物的承重、防水、抗风等功能不受影响。在管路布局上,需要合理布置太阳能循环管路以及冷热水供应管路。在系统运行上,则要求系统可靠、稳定、安全,易于安装、检测和维护。
然而在目前绝大多数的建筑物中,太阳能热水器都未能达到与建筑物结合的上述要求,常规的太阳能热水器只是单纯地摆放在屋顶上,没有实现与建筑物的协调统一。尤其是在具有斜坡屋面的建筑物中,为了使太阳能热水器安装稳固,往往将储水箱设置在地面,而太阳能集热板则安装在斜坡屋面上,这样就使得太阳能热水循环时流经的管路较长,导致热损失,从而降低了热利用效率,从外观上也不能体现美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在解决热水器与建筑相结合实现一体化的问题,提供一种镶嵌式平板型全绿色建筑一体化太阳能热水器。
本实用新型的镶嵌式平板型全绿色建筑一体化太阳能热水器,由太阳能集热板、承压保温水箱、太阳电池板、微型水泵和相应的连接管件构成,连接管件包括安装在承压保温水箱上方的出热水管和安装在承压保温水箱下方的进冷水管,其特征在于承压保温水箱外观为一扁方体水箱,安装于太阳能集热板下方;太阳能集热板和承压保温水箱之间上方设置了上循环管,下方设置了下循环管,下循环管上安装了一微型水泵,微型水泵由太阳能电池板供电以实现强制循环。
本实用新型太阳能热水器可安装于坡屋面上预先设置的与太阳能热水器外形尺寸相对应的凹槽内,实现镶嵌式安装。由于不用市电,也不受停电影响,而用太阳电池实现同步驱动强制循环产热,因此具有建筑一体化以及绿色环保的特点。
所述的承压保温水箱由多个小直径圆柱形水箱内胆并排构成,每个小直径水箱内胆的两个端盖为半球形,相邻两个水箱内胆之间由连接管连通,水箱内胆由保温层包裹,外围设置边框,上下由盖板覆盖。
本实用新型的镶嵌式平板型全绿色建筑一体化太阳能热水器,其多体式的水箱内胆结构具有一定的承压能力,不像常规扁方水箱在水重力的作用下会导致水箱变形,该太阳能热水器的集热板与储水箱连接紧密,从而减少了热水循环时的流动路程,即减少了循环热损,提高了太阳能热水器的得热量,并且能够安装在建筑物的斜坡屋面上,不占用空间,具有相应的分散承重、防水和抗风功能,完全能够满足太阳能热水器与建筑相结合的相关要求,真正实现与建筑一体化效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种镶嵌式平板型全绿色建筑一体化太阳能热水器由太阳能集热板14、承压保温水箱9、太阳电池板3、微型水泵10和相应的连接管件构成,连接管件包括安装在储水箱上方的出热水管12和安装在储水箱下方的进冷水管15。其中,承压保温水箱9是外观为一扁方体的水箱,安装于太阳能集热板14下方;其中承压保温水箱9由多个小直径圆柱形水箱内胆20构成,每个小直径圆柱形水箱内胆20的两个端盖21为半球形,相邻两个水箱内胆20之间由连接管19连通,水箱由保温层18包裹,外围设置边框16,上下由盖板13覆盖。
太阳能集热板14和承压保温水箱9之间上方设置了上循环管6,下方设置了下循环管8,下循环管8上安装了一微型水泵10,微型水泵10由太阳能电池板3供电以实现强制循环。
工作时,太阳能集热板14中的冷水受光加热变成热水上升到集热板14的上部的同时,太阳能电池板3受光发电驱动微型水泵10,将太阳能集热板14上部的热水通过上循环管6强制循环压送至承压保温水箱内胆20的上部,而承压保温水箱内胆20下部的冷水同时通过下循环管8补充进入太阳能集热板14的下部,如此循环往复,将承压保温水箱9中的水加热至一定温度的热水。取用热水时,具有一定压力的自来水通过冷水管15进入承压保温水箱内胆20的下部,将热水从承压保温水箱内胆20的上部出热水管12顶出,进入用水点实现热水的取用。

1.一种镶嵌式平板型全绿色建筑一体化太阳能热水器,由太阳能集热板(14)、承压保温水箱(9)、太阳电池板(3)、微环水泵(10)和相应的连接管件构成,连接管件包括安装在储水箱上方的出热水管(12)和安装在储水箱下方的进冷水管(15),其特征在于承压保温水箱(9)外观为一扁方体水箱,安装于太阳能集热板(14)下方;太阳能集热板(14)和承压保温水箱(9)之间上方设置了上循环管(6),下方设置了下循环管(8),下循环管(8)上安装了一个微型水泵(10),微型水泵(10)由太阳能电池板(3)供电以实现强制循环。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种镶嵌式平板型全绿色建筑一体化太阳能热水器,其特征在于所述的承压保温水箱(9)由多个小直径圆柱形水箱内胆(20)构成,每个水箱内胆(20)的两个端盖(21)为半球形,相邻两个水箱内胆(20)之间由连接管(19)连通,水箱内胆(20)由保温层(18)包裹,外围设置边框(16),上下由盖板(13)覆盖。
