本实用新型公开了一种水循环加热的沼气池,包括沼气池及冷却罐,所述沼气池包括壳体,所述壳体内设有热水循环器,所述冷却罐包括罐体,所述罐体内设有余热加温循环器,所述热水循环器设有热水进口及冷水出口,所述余热加温循环器设有热水出口及冷水进口,其中热水进口通过管道连接热水出口,冷水出口通过管道连接冷水进口,所述热水循环器及余热加温循环器均为连续弯折的钢管。本实用新型利用废热料的余热加速有机物质分解促使沼气快速产生,节约燃煤,节约资金;加速冷却罐冷却;在低温情况下,经过冷热互相交换,气温再低同样可以产生沼气。

背景技术
目前我国普遍使用的沼气池,随着季节的变化,气温的变化,其产气的多少也随之变化,即气温越高,产气越多,气温越低,产气越少,一般提供燃烧的沼气池使用最佳时间是4月-10月之间,11月份至第二年3月份(五个月)由于气温降低,产气极少,燃烧困难;(断气)的主要原因是气温降低,池内的有机质物不易熟腐分解。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种通过水循环加热的沼气池,解决了低气温状态下沼气池产气少的难题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种水循环加热的沼气池,其特征在于:包括沼气池及冷却罐,所述沼气池包括壳体,所述壳体内设有热水循环器,所述冷却罐包括罐体,所述罐体内设有余热加温循环器,所述热水循环器设有热水进口及冷水出口,所述余热加温循环器设有热水出口及冷水进口,其中热水进口通过管道连接热水出口,冷水出口通过管道连接冷水进口,所述热水循环器及余热加温循环器均为连续弯折的钢管。
作为优选,所述冷却罐的罐体上端设有进料口,罐体下端设有下料口,罐体内加入有废热料。
作为优选,所述热水进口和热水出口之间的管道上设有增压泵。
作为优选,所述钢管由多段S型钢管连接成环状。
作为优选,所述钢管由多段n型钢管连接成环状。
本实用新型在沼气池的壳体内设有热水循环器,同时设有一冷却罐,冷却罐的罐体内设有余热加温循环器,热水循环器与余热加温循环器连通,其中热水循环器的热水进口和冷水出口与余热加温循环器的热水出口和冷水进口用管道相连通,经水泵作用构成水循环。
其有益的效果是:
1)、利用废热料的余热加速有机物质分解,促使沼气快速产生(废热料进入冷却罐进行冷却的余热,进行冷热水的循环交换);
2)、节约燃煤,节约资金;
3)、加速冷却罐冷却;
4)、在低温情况下,经过冷热互相交换,气温再低同样可以产生沼气;
5)、有利于保护煤炭资源;
6)、有利用保护环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1具体说明本实用新型一种水循环加热的沼气池的实施例,其包括沼气池1及冷却罐3,所述沼气池包括壳体10,所述壳体内设有热水循环器2,所述冷却罐包括罐体30,所述罐体内设有余热加温循环器4,所述热水循环器设有热水进口20及冷水出口21,所述余热加温循环器设有热水出口40及冷水进口41,其中热水进口20通过管道连接热水出口40,冷水出口21通过管道连接冷水进口41,所述热水循环器及余热加温循环器均为连续弯折的钢管。
所述冷却罐的罐体上端设有进料口31,罐体下端设有下料口32,罐体内加入有废热料,该废热料可以是高温烘干后的废物料,也可以是工农业生产中排出的带有热量的副产品及废弃物。罐体底部为倒圆锥形筒。
所述热水进口和热水出口之间的管道上设有增压泵5。所述钢管由多段n型钢管连接成环状。类似于城墙垛口的形状。
作为上述实施例的变形,所述钢管由多段S型钢管连接成环状。类似于波浪形环状体。
另外,所述钢管外壁上设有翅片。该翅片可以为环绕钢管外圆周设置的若干圈环状凸筋,也可以为设置于钢管外壁上若干条轴向延伸的肋条。
沼气池内沼气是提供烘干设备供热的主要燃料,从11月份至第二年3月份由于气温偏低,产气量少,不能正常为烘干机供热。本技术采用烘干机内烘干的有机肥料进入冷却罐之后,其余热达100摄氏度左右(烘干机中达到300摄氏度以上),将其余热经过管道,与沼气池内管道接通,进水循环流动,促使沼气池内温度升高,达到有机物质熟腐分解,产生沼气,再提供烘干机供热。达到常年供气,节约燃煤,节约资金的目的。

1.一种水循环加热的沼气池,其特征在于:包括沼气池(1)及冷却罐(3),所述沼气池包括壳体(10),所述壳体内设有热水循环器(2),所述冷却罐包括罐体(30),所述罐体内设有余热加温循环器(4),所述热水循环器设有热水进口(20)及冷水出口(21),所述余热加温循环器设有热水出口(40)及冷水进口(41),其中热水进口(20)通过管道连接热水出口(40),冷水出口(21)通过管道连接冷水进口(41),所述热水循环器(2)及余热加温循环器(4)均为连续弯折的钢管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沼气池,其特征在于:所述冷却罐的罐体上端设有进料口(31),罐体下端设有下料口(32),罐体内加入有废热料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的沼气池,其特征在于:所述热水进口和热水出口之间的管道上设有增压泵(5)。
