本实用新型压力锅，包括耐高压锅体，密封耐压盖，盖上有1大2个排气孔，上面由压力显示屏，通过显示器可以清楚了解锅内的压力数据，温度大小，空气湿度，电加热底座，时间控制器，可设置加热时间。
本实用新型的使用方法如下：向锅内加入加热物品，盖上密封盖，设置加热时间加热，加热结束后通过压力显示屏了解内部情况，用筷子夹住大的排气孔进行放气，带内部不向外排气后，将压力锅自然冷却，显示屏数据降下后在打开锅盖。
