本实用新型涉及一种浮式网箱的浮筒，目的是提供的浮筒应具有结构坚固、不易磨损、强度高的特点。本实用新型采用的技术方案是：浮式网箱的浮筒，其特征在于：所述浮筒的筒壁分两层，内层为浮筒本体层，外层为与所述浮筒本体层粘合的耐磨保护层。所述耐磨保护层采用聚乙烯制作。所述浮筒制有沿自身周向布置的两条固定绳索用的环状凹槽。

本实用新型涉及水产养殖技术领域，具体涉及用于养殖鱼类等水产的浮式网箱的浮筒。 
背景技术
近年来，我国海水网箱养殖业迅速发展，取得了良好的经济效益。所谓网箱养殖即利用大水体良好的生态环境，结合小水体密养措施而获得高产的一种养殖方式。国内外广泛采用的浮式网箱，其结构是将网衣悬挂在框架上，框架捆绑有浮筒，使得网箱的顶部浮在水面之上，而大部分网衣沉在水下，随水位的变动而升降。由于浮筒常年位于水中，受到水流以及杂物的冲击容易磨损，当浮筒出现问题时不能维修，只能更换，成本较高。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述背景技术中的不足，提供一种浮筒的改进，该浮筒应具有结构坚固、不易磨损、强度高的特点。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：浮式网箱的浮筒，其特征在于：所述浮筒的筒壁分两层，内层为浮筒本体层，外层为与所述浮筒本体层粘合的耐磨保护层。
所述耐磨保护层采用聚乙烯制作。
所述浮筒制有沿自身周向布置的两条固定绳索用的环状凹槽。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型在浮筒本体外设有耐磨保护层，使得浮筒可以抵御水流以及杂物的冲击，不易磨损，而且浮筒本体的筒壁厚度也有一定程度的增加，其强度更高，结构坚固，不易损坏，从而节约生产成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图，对本实用新型作进一步说明，但本实用新型并不局限于以下实施例。
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型所述的浮式网箱的浮筒，制有沿自身周向布置的两条固定绳索用的环状凹槽2，安装时通过绳索捆绑在浮式网箱的框架上，绳索位于环状凹槽内从而不易滑动。
所述浮筒的筒壁分两层，内层为浮筒本体层3，外层为与所述浮筒本体层粘合的耐磨保护层1。所述耐磨保护层推荐采用聚乙烯制作，也可以选择其它常规耐磨材料制作。所述耐磨保护层可以与浮筒本体层一体成型，也可以在浮筒本体层成型后再粘接耐磨保护层，如图3所示，可以将耐磨保护层分成上下两个对称的部分来加工，待浮筒本体成型后在外壁涂上胶水，再分别将上下两个耐磨保护层部分套上浮筒本体，待胶水干后即可粘接牢固。

1.浮式网箱的浮筒，其特征在于：所述浮筒的筒壁分两层，内层为浮筒本体层（3），外层为与所述浮筒本体层粘合的耐磨保护层（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浮式网箱的浮筒，其特征在于：所述耐磨保护层采用聚乙烯制作。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的浮式网箱的浮筒，其特征在于：所述浮筒制有沿自身周向布置的两条固定绳索用的环状凹槽（2）。
