在使用无土节水环保花盆(ZL200920111188.1)栽培植物的过程中,它的适应性、节水性、环保性、美观性、简便性的优势得到体现,同时也存在以下不足之处:1.在更换栽培植物和更新保湿基质操作中工序多、效率低。2.在原花盆所配水位计使用中,花盆中基质易落入水位计与导管之间,卡住水位计不能自由进出,影响使用。3.花盆内隔板组件影响更换营养水和清理底部营养水池,给花盆的连续性养护带来影响。因此,有必要对该花盆专利以上诸项进行改进。
发明内容:
本实用新型提供一种既简单方便又使植物正常生长,节约用水,清洁卫生,不用土质养护便捷的套盆式无土节水环保花盆及配套技术。
技术方案:套盆式无土节水环保花盆包括:内盆体、外盆体、营养水、保湿基质、导水杯、导水体单元、带密封帽的透明水位计、垫块。其中:透明水位计由透明外壳、内装联动组件、外套密封帽组成,透明外壳的顶端和底端有孔。内盆体是承载花卉和基质的盆体,盆壁开有多个透气孔,其大小以不漏出基质为限。盆底中心开有一孔,孔边与导水杯口沿齐平,导水杯中装有导水体单元;在盆壁垂直开有一凹槽,凹槽高低与内盆等高,凹槽上端封面开有一孔,沿孔边缘向上凸起高5毫米扣环,可与插入的水位计上的密封帽相扣以防止保湿基质落入外盆体中,内盆体上沿口向外翻卷,与内盆外壁形成一圈内槽,使外盆体的上沿口可扣入槽内,在槽内等距离位置放置三个垫块,使得在内盆口外翻槽与外盆上沿口相套时留有空气通道。外盆体的主要功能是贮存营养水和对内盆起支撑作用,它的底部是封闭的。
本实用新型所用的导水杯中放置的导水体单元为珍珠岩粉、煤粉、粘土、高岭土、蛭石粉等混合烧结而成。
本实用新型所用的保湿基质采用陶粒、蛭石、煤渣、火山石、浮石、岩棉、透闪石等按一定比例和粒度混合而成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、植物长保鲜活,正常成长。2、加水周期在20天以上。3、节约用水,比传统花盆节水80%。4、环保卫生,杜绝传统花盆土对周边环境的污染,既美观,又洁净。5、适应性广,能满足常见花卉林木的的栽培。6、栽培和养护操作方便,更适应规模化生产的需求。

具体实施方式
图1中透明水位计由透明外壳3内装联动组件4和水位计密封帽5组成;,当透明水位计垂直插入内盆体凹槽端面的孔中时,孔沿上的扣环与水位计密封帽5内外相扣。在内盆体底部中心位置有一孔可把导水杯6沉入孔中,使孔沿与导水杯6上沿口齐平,导水杯内放入导水体单元8,导水杯下部开有导水孔7。在内盆体1上沿口向下翻卷所形成的圈槽内等距离位置放置三个垫块9,当内盆体2放入外盆体1时,三个垫块支撑住外盆体的上沿口,形成进气道。外盆体1中底部放有营养水,内盆体2中放保湿基质10。
套盆式无土环保花盆栽培原理是:当植物根部移栽到内盆体2内的保湿基质10中后,外盆体1底部的营养水通过导水杯6底部的导水孔7进入杯内,通过放置其中的导水体单元8将水向上缓缓导入保湿基质10中至建立起液相平衡为止,植物根系扎在保湿基质10中,吸收养分和水维持生长;在内盆体2侧壁凹槽中插入的透明水位计可指示外盆体1底部营养水的高低;在植物生长过程中,根部所需的空气经外盆体1和内盆体2间,由垫块9支高作用而产生的通道进入内外盆体之间的空腔中,再经内盆体2上的透气孔导入保湿基质,使植物得到相宜的气、水、肥环境,保证植物生长。
实栽花卉:君子兰、龟背竹、合果芋、白鹤芋、绿萝、红掌、春芋、袖珍椰子、绿巨人、吊兰、花叶万年青、海芋、仙客来、凤信子、喜林芋、常春藤、月月红、冷水花、乌巢厥、滴-2-水观音、长寿花、苏铁、含羞草、小金刚等。
实栽林木:富贵树、榕树、鹅掌柴、苏铁、扶桑、袖珍椰子、龙血树、桂花树等。
以上花卉林木栽培五、六年均能取得正常生长、开花、结果的效果,具有广泛的适应性。
Claims (4)
1.一种套盆式无土节水环保花盆,其特征在于包括外盆体、带透气孔和内凹槽的内盆体、营养水、保湿基质、带密封帽的透明水位计、导水杯、导水体单元和垫块,将内盆体套入外盆体内,外盆体上边沿落在内盆体边沿翻卷内槽中的垫块上,使内外盆体之间形成通气通道,外盆体底部贮存的营养水,通过内盆体相连导水杯中的导水体单元,上导入保湿基质,空气经内盆体上的透气孔通入保湿基质,内盆体侧壁还开有垂直凹槽,槽壁开有透气孔,槽上端面的开孔向上凸起一环,透明水位计垂直插入孔中至所带密封帽扣入凸起环上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的套盆式无土节水环保花盆,其特征在于所述内盆体的侧壁凹槽上端面凸起5mm的扣环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的套盆式无土节水环保花盆,其特征在于所述的透明水位计外壳上部带有密封帽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的套盆式无土节水环保花盆,其特征在于所述内盆体上沿有向外翻卷所形成的槽内等距装有三块垫块。
