对用电负荷的管理和控制,可以有效的改善负荷曲线形状,使负荷曲线趋于平坦,减少峰谷差,实现电力负荷在一定时空的最佳分布。提高用户和电网的负荷率,从而提高发、供、用电设备的利用率,达到电网的安全和经济运行,提高投资效益,对发电、供电和用电以及整个社会都有很大好处。随着国民经济的高速发展,负荷快速增长,对用电负荷的管理和控制在电网调度中的作用越来越重要,所以,设计开发出能保证其顺利实施的软件系统也日显重要。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于连接数据采集终端和GPRS网络的一种电力负荷管理系统GPRS终端。

一种电力负荷管理系统GPRS终端,其特征在于:包括ARM处理器、ARM处理器连接有Flash程序存储器、SDRAM程序存储器和串行扩展电路,所述串行扩展电路连接有单片机接口、RS485和MC351无线通信模块,所述无线通信模块连接有天线。
上述方案中,所述ARM处理器采用芯片EP7312。

GPRS终端起到连接数据采集终端和GPRS网络的作用。GPRS终端将现场抄表数据发送至中国移动GPRS网络上,再通过Intemet发送到具有独立坤地址的负荷管理主站系统;接收由Internet、GPRS网络传输的负荷管理主站系统下发的各项抄表命令,处理后再传送至数据采集终端。从另一角度来说,GPRS终端起着类似于嵌入式网关的作用,实现低速的串行总线和新兴的GPRS网络的通信互连,负责串行通信协议与PPP协议以及TCP/IP协议之间的转换。
