Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种角驰型瓦专用夹具,包括带翼缘件(1)、不带翼缘件(4)及至少两片以上的垫片(5),所述带翼缘件(1)包括下边沿(2)及沿所述下边沿(2)一端的一侧向外延伸出的下翼缘(3),所述不带翼缘件(4)位于所述下翼缘(3)及下边沿(2)之间,且一端与所述下翼缘(3)及下边沿(2)的交合处相连接,所述垫片(5)均位于所述不带翼缘件(4)及下边沿(2)之间,且分别与所述不带翼缘件(4)及下边沿(2)相连接。本实用新型与彩钢瓦屋顶安装后不仅不会出现松动,而且不会破坏屋面的防锈漆。在下边沿加设下翼缘,实现了与彩钢瓦屋顶更大的接触面积,使得夹具与屋面能更好的配合,并能抑制夹具绕瓦楞轴线旋转。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种角驰型瓦专用夹具,特别涉及一种光伏组件彩钢屋顶专用夹具,属于屋顶光伏电站领域。
背景技术
屋顶光伏电站中的彩钢瓦屋顶光伏电站,其安装的必要条件之一是与屋顶实现可靠连接,而同时又不对屋顶造成破坏。而现有的一些夹具存在以下问题:有些夹具与屋面板之间是直接连接的,这就直接破坏了屋面的防锈漆,造成局部腐蚀加剧,出现渗漏现象;有些夹具虽然使用橡胶垫片,但其使用寿命较短,短时间内就出现老化现象,从而出现松动问题;而另外还有一些夹具则不能与彩钢瓦型很好的配合,导致局部接触应力很大,安装时是卡紧了,但随着时间的推移则还是出现松动。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可与瓦楞可靠连接的角驰型瓦专用夹具。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种角驰型瓦专用夹具,包括带翼缘件、不带翼缘件及至少两片以上的垫片,所述带翼缘件包括下边沿及沿所述下边沿一端的一侧向外延伸出的下翼缘,所述不带翼缘件位于所述下翼缘及下边沿之间,且一端与所述下翼缘及下边沿的交合处相连接,所述垫片均位于所述不带翼缘件及下边沿之间,且分别与所述不带翼缘件及下边沿相连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型角驰型瓦专用夹具与彩钢瓦屋顶安装后不仅不会出现松动问题;而且不会破坏屋面的防锈漆。在下边沿加设下翼缘,实现了与彩钢瓦屋顶更大的接触面积,使得夹具与屋面能更好的配合,并能抑制夹具绕瓦楞轴线旋转。所述垫片对屋面和夹具起到保护作用,并对夹具与屋面的安装、配合起到调节作用。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本实用新型还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述下翼缘及下边沿的交合处设有凹槽,所述不带翼缘件的一端的一侧面设有凸起的外缘,所述不带翼缘件通过将所述凸起的外缘扣设在所述凹槽内与所述带翼缘件相连接。
进一步,所述下边沿的另一端弯曲成V型,形成第一V型口;所述不带翼缘件的另一端弯曲成V型,形成第二V型口,所述第一V型口的开口方向与所述第二V型口的开口方向相向设置。
进一步,所述第一V型口的内侧面与所述第二V型口的内侧面上均设有若干个齿牙,所述垫片通过粘覆在所述齿牙上分别与所述下边沿及不带翼缘件相连接。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,设有齿牙,可增强带翼缘件与不带翼缘件对垫片和瓦楞的夹持力和摩擦力。
进一步,所述直立锁边瓦专用夹具还包括螺栓及螺母,所述下边沿上设有下边沿孔,所述下边沿孔位于所述第一V型口及所述凹槽之间,所述不带翼缘件上设有不带翼缘件孔,所述不带翼缘件孔位于所述第二V型口及所述凸起的外缘之间,所述螺栓依次穿过所述不带翼缘件孔及下边沿孔与所述螺母相连接。
进一步,所述螺栓为A72不锈钢内六角螺栓组,所述螺母为M8螺母。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,所述M8螺母是指是直径为8毫米的螺母。所述螺母可防止带翼缘件与不带翼缘件连接的松动。
进一步,所述垫片的形状为片状。
进一步,所述垫片由帆布线编制网及包覆在所述帆布线编制网上的硅酮结构胶制成。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,所述垫片由帆布线编制网及包覆在所述帆布线编制网上的硅酮结构胶制成,降低了垫片的老化速度,增强了垫片的强度,可更好的保护彩钢屋面。

具体实施方式

一种角驰型瓦专用夹具,如图1所示,包括带翼缘件1、不带翼缘件4及至少两片以上的垫片5,所述带翼缘件1包括下边沿2及沿所述下边沿2一端的一侧向外延伸出的下翼缘3,所述不带翼缘件4位于所述下翼缘3及下边沿2之间,且一端与所述下翼缘3及下边沿2的交合处相连接,所述垫片5均位于所述不带翼缘件4及下边沿2之间,且分别与所述不带翼缘件4及下边沿2相连接。
所述下翼缘3及下边沿2的交合处设有凹槽6,所述不带翼缘件4的一端的一侧面设有凸起的外缘7,所述不带翼缘件4通过将所述凸起的外缘7扣设在所述凹槽6内与所述带翼缘件1相连接。
所述下边沿2的另一端弯曲成V型,形成第一V型口11;所述不带翼缘件4的另一端弯曲成V型,形成第二V型口12,所述第一V型口11的开口方向与所述第二V型口12的开口方向相向设置。
如图2所示,所述第一V型口11的内侧面与所述第二V型口12的内侧面上均设有若干个齿牙10,所述垫片5通过粘覆在所述齿牙10上分别与所述下边沿2及不带翼缘件4相连接。
所述直立锁边瓦专用夹具还包括螺栓8及螺母9,所述下边沿2上设有下边沿孔,所述下边沿孔位于所述第一V型口11及所述凹槽6之间,所述不带翼缘件4上设有不带翼缘件孔,所述不带翼缘件孔位于所述第二V型口12及所述凸起的外缘7之间,所述螺栓8依次穿过所述不带翼缘件孔及下边沿孔与所述螺母9相连接。
所述螺栓8为A72不锈钢内六角螺栓,所述螺母9为M8螺母。
所述垫片5的形状为片状等,其形状可随瓦型变动而配合变化。
所述垫片5由帆布线编制网及包覆在所述帆布线编制网上的硅酮结构胶制成。
安装时,先在夹具V型开口内侧涂抹均匀同组分硅酮耐候胶,再将片状耐候高强复合垫片5粘贴于夹具V型开口内侧,然后将夹具安装到瓦楞预定位置处。安装完成后,在夹具与瓦楞交口处涂抹同组分硅酮耐候密封胶,以防止老化。

1.一种角驰型瓦专用夹具,其特征在于:包括带翼缘件(1)、不带翼缘件(4)及至少两片以上的垫片(5),所述带翼缘件(1)包括下边沿(2)及沿所述下边沿(2)一端的一侧向外延伸出的下翼缘(3),所述不带翼缘件(4)位于所述下翼缘(3)及下边沿(2)之间,且一端与所述下翼缘(3)及下边沿(2)的交合处相连接,所述垫片(5)均位于所述不带翼缘件(4)及下边沿(2)之间,且分别与所述不带翼缘件(4)及下边沿(2)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的角驰型瓦专用夹具,其特征在于:所述下翼缘(3)及下边沿(2)的交合处设有凹槽(6),所述不带翼缘件(4)的一端的一侧面设有凸起的外缘(7),所述不带翼缘件(4)通过将所述凸起的外缘(7)扣设在所述凹槽(6)内与所述带翼缘件(1)相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的角驰型瓦专用夹具,其特征在于:所述下边沿(2)的另一端弯曲成V型,形成第一V型口(11);所述不带翼缘件(4)的另一端弯曲成V型,形成第二V型口(12),所述第一V型口(11)的开口方向与所述第二V型口(12)的开口方向相向设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的角驰型瓦专用夹具,其特征在于:所述第一V型口(11)的内侧面与所述第二V型口(12)的内侧面上均设有若干个齿牙(10),所述垫片(5)通过粘覆在所述齿牙(10)上分别与所述下边沿(2)及不带翼缘件(4)相连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的角驰型瓦专用夹具,其特征在于:所述直立锁边瓦专用夹具还包括螺栓(8)及螺母(9),所述下边沿(2)上设有下边沿孔,所述下边沿孔位于所述第一V型口(11)及所述凹槽(6)之间,所述不带翼缘件(4)上设有不带翼缘件孔,所述不带翼缘件孔位于所述第二V型口(12)及所述凸起的外缘(7)之间,所述螺栓(8)依次穿过所述不带翼缘件孔及下边沿孔与所述螺母(9)相连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的角驰型瓦专用夹具,其特征在于:所述螺栓(8)为A72不锈钢内六角螺栓组,所述螺母(9)为M8螺母。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的角驰型瓦专用夹具,其特征在于:所述垫片(5)的形状为片状。
8.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的角驰型瓦专用夹具,其特征在于:所述垫片(5)由帆布线编制网及包覆在所述帆布线编制网上的硅酮结构胶制成。
