背景技术
目前，国内、国外的EB炉熔炼企业一般选用海绵钛压块料作为进炉原料，压块料从压块料机出来后，需要人工将压块料一块一块整齐放进料箱内，以备入炉熔炼。在搬运过程中，由于钛及钛合金压块料较重，使工人得劳动强度太大，搬运效率极低，而且常常会出现滑落或脱落，工人手指很容易被压块料挤压，造成工人受挤压伤或划伤。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的正是为了克服上述人工搬运钛及钛合金压块料的缺陷而提供一种起拿方便、抓料稳定、搬运效率高、使用安全的钛及钛合金压搬运工具。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的。
一种钛及钛合金压块料搬运工具，本实用新型特征是，包括左抓手和与左抓手通过铰轴铰连接的右抓手，在左、右抓手之间连接有松紧弹簧；左、右抓手均包括一个把杆，和与把杆固定连接的蹄形爪指；在爪指上设置有防滑花纹。

见图1，一种钛及钛合金压块料搬运工具，本实用新型特征是，包括左抓手1和与左抓手通过铰轴3铰连接的右抓手2，在左、右抓手之间连接有松紧弹簧4；左、右抓手均包括一个把杆1.1、把杆2.1，和与把杆固定连接的蹄形爪指1.2、蹄形爪指2.2；在爪指上设置有防滑花纹。
本实用新型操作方式是，将左抓手1和右抓手2之间用于夹住钛及钛合金压块料,然后手握住左抓手1和右抓手2,通过压紧松紧弹簧4,使两把杆1.1，2.1在铰轴3的转动中逐步靠拢,从而抓住块料, 块料在两蹄形爪指1.2，2.2的作用下,不会滑落。
根据海绵钛压块料尺寸大小，用ø14圆钢制作一个爪形抓手，爪指上设置防滑花纹：用金属爪抓起海绵钛压块料，自由搬运，避免搬运过程挤压伤工人手指。
