本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：将垃圾桶的桶身嵌入地下，将三角盖子的一边固定在地上。当要扔垃圾的时候，可以直接使用打扫工具扫进去，当要清理垃圾桶的时候，可以打开盖子将桶身从地下拉起来，这样就略去了不便的过程，提高了工作效率，降低了工作难度。
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以防止垃圾在倒的时候被吹翻。
