本实用新型涉及一种厚壁吸塑衬垫，尤其涉及一种承载汽车零部件轮毂的厚壁吸塑衬垫。 
背景技术
面对经济的飞速发展，塑料吸塑衬垫在仓储物流、配送中的作用越来越重要，各种机器设备，原材料等仓贮和物流过程中，经常使用到塑料吸塑衬垫。现有普遍应用的有塑料吸塑衬垫，其品种较多，结构各不相同。但在货物配件使用过程中发现，因配件物流容器尺寸的限制，装载的货物也无法被归成整齐划一的单元，因而与运输车辆、仓库、集装箱等不配套，无法实现机械化，使无效作业增加。又因塑料吸塑衬垫是用塑料制成的，因而其存在塑料的软、脆和自然老化等弱点，支撑强度差，承载能力低，常发生托盘断裂，所以在配件码垛时上述缺陷会导致塑料吸塑衬垫局部断裂而存在安全陷患。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的状况，提供一种结构合理，且承载能力更大的重型厚壁塑料吸塑衬垫，实现汽车零部件的轮毂与运载吸塑衬垫工具的最佳匹配，进而实现精密、高效的物流。 
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：轮毂衬垫，其特征在于：所述的轮毂衬垫1外围长宽高尺寸为1025*825*130mm，所述的轮毂衬垫1设置9个轮毂的安放穴位2，用来支撑和定位轮毂，防止轮毂在运输途中因跳动而对轮毂造成损坏，起加强劲作用，增加了轮毂衬垫的强度，提高了轮毂衬垫承载压力和抗冲击能力。所述的轮毂衬垫1设置12个支撑柱3，所述的轮毂衬 垫1四周设置有台阶层4，所述的9个轮毂的安放穴位2内设置有9个限位夹柱5，方便轮毂衬垫1的搬运和轮毂衬垫1的堆垛固定定位，防止轮毂在运输途中因滑动而对轮毂造成损坏和方便轮毂的安放，保证轮毂运载时起到固定作用和防护作用。 
所述的轮毂衬垫1材料由高密度聚乙烯材料制成，抗老化耐腐蚀佳。
