印刷机，用于印刷文字和图像的机器。现代印刷机一般由装版、涂墨、压印、输纸(包括折叠)等机构组成。它的工作原理是：先将要印刷的文字和图像制成印版，装在印刷机上，然后印刷机把墨涂敷于印版上有文字和图像的地方，再直接或间接地转印到纸或其他承印物（如纺织品、金属板、塑胶、皮革、木板、玻璃和陶瓷）上，从而复制出与印版相同的印刷品。
印刷机刮刀装置是印刷机不可缺少的装置之一，刮刀装置通常包括刀架主体、与刀架主体固定连接的压板，夹持于刀架主体与压板之间的刮刀片构成。其中刮刀片为高值易耗品，现有技术中，无刮刀片存放地，当刮刀片需要更换时，其更换一次则报废一次，大大增加了刮刀片的使用成本。

本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中无刮刀片存放地、刮刀片使用成本高等缺点，提供一种结构合理的印刷机刮刀放置器，从而保护刮刀片，存放方便，使刮刀片可以循环使用，降低了刮刀片的使用成品，便于管理。

一种印刷机刮刀放置器，包括底板，所述底板均匀间隔排列安装有多个固定块，所述固定块成长条形结构，所述固定块外表面包裹有羊毛毡，相邻两根固定块之间形成放置刮刀片的间隙。

如图1和图2所示，本实施例的印刷机刮刀放置器，包括底板1，底板1均匀间隔排列安装有多个固定块3，固定块3成长条形结构，固定块3外表面包裹有羊毛毡4，相邻两根固定块3之间形成放置刮刀片2的间隙。固定块3采用木块，加工与安装方便，成本低。
实际使用过程中，将刮刀片2表面涂覆油膜后放置于相邻两根固定块3之间所形成的间隙中。其存放方便，可以有效的保护刮刀片2表面，不损伤刮刀片2，同时也不会误伤工作人员，延长刮刀片2使用寿命。
