Abstract

背景技术
目前，新型墙体砖如各种混凝土空心砖、免烧砖等已被广泛应用在建筑领域中，生产这些新型墙体砖的制砖机需要一种托板。适用于制砖机托板的种类主要有竹托板、木托板和钢板三种类型：竹托板、木托板虽然质轻易搬动，但沾水易开裂，使用寿命短；钢板比较笨重，不易搬运，且成本高，易腐蚀。

本实用新型公开了一种复合木橡胶板，解决了目前制砖机在生产砖的过程中用木托板沾水易开裂或钢托板笨重、成本高的问题。

一种复合木橡胶板，包括木质材料层和包裹于木质材料层外的橡胶层。
所述的木质材料层是由多条横纵交错的木条或木片叠置而成，所述的横纵交错的木条或木片横纵之间形成的空隙，由橡胶层填充连接。
所述的木质材料层和橡胶层为一体式结构，橡胶层选用耐磨、耐蚀、防刷、抗冲击、不变形、重量轻、噪音小、撕裂性好的的优质橡。
本实用新型的优点：
（1）、本实用新型结构简单，生产成本低，用橡胶部分代替原有的木质材料，且采用橡胶层包裹木质材料层后，其防水性更好更耐磨，水不会进入木质材料层内，使木质材料层开裂，提高了该产品的使用寿命；
（2）、在横纵交错的木条或木片之间形成的空隙，由橡胶层热压时填充，使橡胶与之成为一体，保证了本实用新型结构更稳定，使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
见图1，一种复合木橡胶托板，包括由多条横纵交错的木条或木片叠置而成的木质材料层1，木质材料层1外包裹有橡胶层2，横纵交错的木条或木片之间形成的空隙，空隙由橡胶层2热压时填充，橡胶层2和木质材料层1为一体式结构。橡胶层选用耐磨、耐蚀、防刷、抗冲击、不变形、重量轻、噪音小、撕裂性好的的优质橡。
制作时，先将木条或木片横纵叠置制成木胶板坯，然后将橡胶包裹于木胶板坯外压膜塑形，且橡胶在塑形过程中，其橡胶填满木胶板坯之间的空隙，塑形结束后，即得成品。

1.一种复合木橡胶板，包括木质材料层，其特征在于：木质材料层外包裹有橡胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合木橡胶板，其特征在于：所述的木质材料层是由多条横纵交错的木条或木片叠置而成，所述的横纵交错的木条或木片横纵之间形成的空隙，由橡胶层填充连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合木橡胶板，其特征在于：木质材料层和橡胶层为一体式结构。
