Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种电焊机控制模组,属于电焊机技术领域。它解决了现有的电焊机控制精度不高、安全性能不好的问题。本实用新型电焊机控制模组包括供电模组、用于提供PWM信号的PWM信号产生模组、采样模组,用于根据采样模组采样的信号输出控制信号指PWM信号产生模组以控制PWM信号变换、产生或截止的保护模组,用于根据电网电压波动输出补偿电压至供电模组的电网补偿控制模组。本实用新型电焊机控制模组通过设置截流保护控制模组和电网补偿控制模组保证了PWM信号产生模组产生的PWM信号的稳定,使得电焊机的焊接质量和稳定性得到提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电焊机技术领域,尤其涉及一种电焊机控制模组。 
背景技术
电焊机是指利用正负两极在瞬间短路时产生的高温电弧来溶化电焊条上的焊料和被焊材料,来达到使他们结合的目的。现有的电焊机为节省成本均采用简单的控制手段,导致电焊机的焊接精度较低、焊接性能受到影响。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述不足,提出一种控制精度较高、安全性能较好的电焊机控制模组。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是提出一种电焊机控制模组,其包括供电模组、用于提供PWM信号的PWM信号产生模组、采样模组,用于根据采样模组采样的信号输出控制信号至PWM信号产生模组以控制PWM信号变换、产生或截止的保护模组,用于根据电网电压波动输出补偿电压至供电模组的电网补偿控制模组。 
进一步地,所述供电模组包括将工业用电降压的第一变压器、由第五二极管、第六二极管、第七二极管、第八二极管构成的用于将第一变压器降压后的电压整流为直流电的全桥整流电路以及多条滤波输出电路。 
进一步地,所述采样模组包括电流耦合器。 
进一步地,所述保护模组包括截流保护控制模组,所述截流 保护控制模组包括第一二极管、第二二极管、第一电阻、第八电阻、第七电阻、第四电容、第五电容、第五二极管、第一三极管、第二三极管、第四三极管;所述采样模组接入第一二极管正向端;第四电容与第五二极管并联连接,一端通过第七电阻接入第一二极管反向端,一端接入第一三极管发射极;第二三极管源级接入12V电压,第二三极管基极接入PWM信号产生模组,第二三极管发射极通过第一电阻接入第四三极管发射极;第四三极管基极接入PWM信号产生模组,第四三极管源级接地;第二二极管正向端接入24V电压;第五电容与第六二极管并联连接,一端通过第八电阻接入第二二极管反向端,一端接入第一三极管发射极;第一三极管基极接入PWM信号产生模组,第二三极管源级接入12V电压。 
本实用新型电焊机控制模组通过设置截流保护控制模组和电网补偿控制模组保证了PWM信号产生模组产生的PWM信号的稳定,使得电焊机的焊接质量和稳定性得到提高。

具体实施方式
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。 
请参照图1,图1为本实用新型电焊机控制模组的电路原理框图。电焊机控制模组包括供电模组1、PWM(脉冲宽度调制) 信号产生模组2、保护控制模组3、电网补偿控制模组4以及采样模组5。供电模组1用于将高压电源降压、整流、滤波后输出各类低压直流电源供给电路中其他模组使用;PWM信号产生模组2用于产生使电焊机工作的PWM信号;保护控制模组3用于根据采样模组5采样的信号输出控制信号至PWM信号产生模组控制PWM信号的变换、产生或截止;电网补偿控制模组4用于根据电网电压波动输出补偿电压至供电模组1以稳定供电模组1的输出电压。 
本实施例中,保护控制模组3包括截流保护控制模组,截流保护控制模组能避免因为输出端短路产生大电流而对电路造成损坏。优选地,保护控制模组3还可包括其他常规的例如过热保护控制模组、欠压保护控制模组等。 
请参照图2,图2为本实用新型电焊机控制模组中供电模组的具体电路图。图2中,供电模组1包括第一变压器T1,由第五二极管D5、第六二极管D6、第七二极管D7、第八二极管D8构成的全桥整流电路,由电容、电阻等元件构成的多条降压滤波输出电路。第一变压器T1将工业用电降压后被全桥整流电路转换为直流电,直流电经过电阻降压、电容滤波后输出24V、15V等低压直流电。 
保护控制模组3中的截流保护控制模组30的具体电路图如图3所示。截流保护控制模组30的功能为当电流超过预设值时,使PWM信号产生模组的电流值保持在一定的值上不再增长,当电流回复正常时,使PWM信号产生模组的电流值恢复正常。因此,采样模组5对应截流保护控制模组30需要采样的信号为电路中的电流值。采样模组5可利用电流耦合器来采样电路中的电流值是否超过预设值。 
截流保护控制模组30包括第一二极管D 1、第二二极管D2、第一电阻R1、第八电阻R8、第七电阻R7、第四电容C4、第五 电容C5、第五二极管D5、第一三极管Q1、第二三极管Q2、第四三极管Q4。采样模组5接入第一二极管D 1正向端;第四电容C4与第五二极管D5并联连接,一端通过第七电阻R7接入第一二极管D1反向端,一端接入第一三极管Q1发射极;第二三极管Q2源级接入12V电压,第二三极管Q2基极接入PWM信号产生模组2,第二三极管Q2发射极通过第一电阻R1接入第四三极管Q4发射极;第四三极管Q4基极接入PWM信号产生模组2,第四三极管Q4源级接地;第二二极管D2正向端接入24V电压;第五电容C5与第六二极管D6并联连接,一端通过第八电阻R8接入第二二极管D2反向端,一端接入第一三极管Q1发射极;第一三极管Q1基极接入PWM信号产生模组2,第二三极管Q2源级接入12V电压。 
当采样模组5中的电流耦合器采样到电路中的电流超过预设值时,电流耦合器输出电流使得第二三极管Q2导通,并使得第二三极管Q2处于线性放大状态从而使得PWM信号产生模组2的电平保持在一定的值上,使得PWM信号产生模组2输出的PWM信号脉宽不发生变化;当电流恢复正常时,第二三极管Q2截止,PWM信号产生模组2正常工作。当电流继续增大时,第一三极管Q1截止而第二三极管Q2饱和导通,使得PWM信号产生模组2停止输出。 
电网补偿控制模组4根据采样模组5在供电模组1中第一变压器T1的次级端采样得到的电压信号而输出或吸收电压,保证供电模组1输出至电路的电压稳定。 
PWM信号产生模组包括PWM信号产生芯片,例如SG3525、SG3524等芯片及其周边电路。 
本实用新型电焊机控制模组通过设置截流保护控制模组和电网补偿控制模组保证了PWM信号产生模组产生的PWM信号的稳定,使得电焊机的焊接质量和稳定性得到提高。

Claims (4)

1.一种电焊机控制模组,其特征在于:包括供电模组、用于提供PWM信号的PWM信号产生模组、采样模组,用于根据采样模组采样的信号输出控制信号至PWM信号产生模组以控制PWM信号变换、产生或截止的保护模组,用于根据电网电压波动输出补偿电压至供电模组的电网补偿控制模组。 
2.如权利要求1所述的电焊机控制模组,其特征在于:所述供电模组包括将工业用电降压的第一变压器、由第五二极管、第六二极管、第七二极管、第八二极管构成的用于将第一变压器降压后的电压整流为直流电的全桥整流电路以及多条滤波输出电路。 
3.如权力要求1所述的电焊机控制模组,其特征在于:所述采样模组包括电流耦合器。 
4.如权利要求3所述的电焊机控制模组,其特征在于:所述保护模组包括截流保护控制模组,所述截流保护控制模组包括第一二极管、第二二极管、第一电阻、第八电阻、第七电阻、第四电容、第五电容、第五二极管、第一三极管、第二三极管、第四三极管;所述采样模组接入第一二极管正向端;第四电容与第五二极管并联连接,一端通过第七电阻接入第一二极管反向端,一端接入第一三极管发射极;第二三极管源级接入12V电压,第二三极管基极接入PWM信号产生模组,第二三极管发射极通过第一电阻接入第四三极管发射极;第四三极管基极接入PWM信号产生模组,第四三极管源级接地;第二二极管正向端接入24V电压;第五电容与第六二极管并联连接,一端通过第八电阻接入第二二极管反向端,一端接入第一三极管发射极;第一三极管基极接入PWM信号产生模组,第二三极管源级接入12V电压。
