本实用新型涉及一种均质器，尤其涉及料浆负压分选均质器。
背景技术
目前，在矿山采选生产工艺流程中均使用搅拌桶，该搅拌桶作业时矿浆产生外离心力，易出现所加药剂停留时间缩短、不均匀及矿浆翻槽现象。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、可有效解决矿浆翻槽现象的料浆负压分选均质器。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型所述的料浆负压分选均质器，包括一侧上部设有出口、另一侧下部设有进口的料浆罐，其特征在于：所述料浆罐的中心设有带轴套的大同轴，该大同轴的顶部设有外接电机的皮带轮，其底部设有数个叶轮，其中部均布有数个搅拌器；所述数个叶轮上覆盖有叶轮盖，该叶轮盖与所述轴套相接，且其上分别设有数个出浆孔；所述进口上连有药剂加注器。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
1、由于本实用新型中设有搅拌器，因此，可利用搅拌器的强制作用使料浆从出口处流出，有效解决了矿浆翻槽现象。
2、由于本实用新型中药剂在进入料浆罐之前就与料浆混合均匀了，因此，避免了药剂停留时间短、不均匀现象的出现。
3、本实用新型结构简单、成本低廉，适用于铜铅锌多金属矿。

如图1所示，料浆负压分选均质器，包括一侧上部设有出口9、另一侧下部设有进口5的料浆罐8。料浆罐8的中心设有带轴套的大同轴2，该大同轴2的顶部设有外接电机的皮带轮1，其底部设有数个叶轮6，其中部均布有数个搅拌器10；数个叶轮6上覆盖有叶轮盖4，该叶轮盖4与轴套相接，且其上分别设有数个出浆孔7；进口5上连有药剂加注器3。
