因此提供一种能在动态状态下给跆拳道练习者方便练习平衡能力的训练器是非常有必要的。

本实用新型的目的是提供跆拳道平衡训练器，使用弹性部件模拟动态运动，结构简单，使用方便。
采用的技术方案是：
跆拳道平衡训练器，包括相同的正方形的上板和下板。
其技术要点在于：
多个弹簧设置在上板和下板之间，所述的多个弹簧的上端分别与上板固定联接，所述的多个弹簧的下端分别与下板固定联接。
所述的多个弹簧设置在以上板和下板的中心点为圆心，90厘米为半径的圆周上。上板上设有垫子。
上板的长宽为2m×2m。下板的长宽为2m×2m。
所述的上板和下板的高度可以根据需要选择。弹簧的位置在圆周上根据需要设置。
