背景技术 日常生活中，中药在服用时，一般要先经过煎煮，其过程是将中药放置在砂锅等容器内，注入水后用火加热，至水开一段时间后，取其药汁。用这种煎煮方法取药汁的速度慢，且由于砂锅等容器为非密封性容器，在煎药过程中，药汁有效成份的挥发较大，减低了药效，同时，取出的药汁中药渣的含量较大，药渣会随着药汤倒入碗中，不利于人体的吸收。
