背景技术
目前,作为信号传输的线缆,都具有屏蔽层,但屏蔽层多为单层,其信号屏蔽的范围较窄,屏蔽效果不佳,不能实现同时屏蔽高、低频信号的干扰。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种对高、抵信号都具有良好屏蔽效果的信号传输线缆。
本实用新型包括至少两股绝缘导体,在所述绝缘导体外设置铝塑屏蔽层,在所述铝塑屏蔽层外设置金属网屏蔽层,在所述金属网屏蔽层外设置无纺布绕包层,在所述无纺布绕包层外设置聚氨酯外护套层。
本实用新型设有铝塑屏蔽层和金属网屏蔽层,复合屏蔽层使得本线缆具有良好的抗干扰信能,其对低频或高频干扰均具有较高的抗干扰效果;另外,聚氨酯外护套层使得电缆具有很好的防老化、耐水解性能。
本实用新型所述的绝缘导体由导体和聚丙烯绝缘层组成,所述聚丙烯绝缘层包裹在所述导体外。

如图1所示,本信号传输电缆包括至少两股绝缘导体1,在绝缘导体1外设置铝塑屏蔽层2,在铝塑屏蔽层2外设置金属网屏蔽层3,在金属网屏蔽层3外设置无纺布绕包层4,在无纺布绕包层4外设置聚氨酯外护套层5。绝缘导体1由导体6和聚丙烯绝缘7层组成,聚丙烯绝缘层7包裹在导体6外。

1.信号传输线缆,包括至少两股绝缘导体,其特征在于在所述绝缘导体外设置铝塑屏蔽层,在所述铝塑屏蔽层外设置金属网屏蔽层,在所述金属网屏蔽层外设置无纺布绕包层,在所述无纺布绕包层外设置聚氨酯外护套层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的信号传输线缆,其特征在于所述的绝缘导体由导体和聚丙烯绝缘层组成,所述聚丙烯绝缘层包裹在所述导体外。
