本实用新型涉及光纤连接技术领域,尤其涉及一种增强型光纤连接器。
背景技术
光纤连接器是光纤与光纤之间连接器件。中国专利(公开号为:CU201266760N)公开了具有增强装置的光纤连接器,这类光纤连接器在使用安装时,紧固件能沿着紧固件轴上移动,进而带动光纤、插针和光缆一起移动,避免在安装过程中导致光纤受外力而折断损坏。这一实用新型紧固件、过渡件和弹簧的组合具有联动效果,但使用者在组装时,手持光缆冷却时,光纤连接器与光缆极易晃动,热熔接部位在晃动中容易断裂破损,导致安装失败。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种,维持联动性的增强型光纤连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种增强型光纤连接器,包括手持防尘帽、外壳、插芯、弹簧、白套框、主体尾件、热缩管、尾套和联动组件;白套框外安装有外壳,插芯设置在白套框内;主体尾件的一端与尾套螺纹连接,热缩管放置在主体尾件中,其特征在于:联动组件包括联动内件、联动外件和固定件,固定件套接在联动内件的一端上,联动内件的另一端与联动外件卡接;固定件与白套框卡接,联动外件与主体尾件卡接,簧弹设置在白套框和联动内件之间;插芯中的光纤穿过联动组件上的预留孔。
进一步地,所述的联动内件与联动外件卡接的一端顶部有螺纹柱。使用者在安装时,将热缩管热缩在螺纹柱和光纤上,既能保护光纤,也维持产品在整个安装过程中无抖动现象,防止光纤断裂。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过联动内件套接固定件后卡接联动外件,再由固定件卡接白套框,联动外件卡接与主体尾件卡接,整个连接器主体卡接完成,在使用时,通过按压插芯,联动组件压缩弹簧,热缩管热缩到联动内件的螺纹以及插芯的光纤上,加固连接,保护光纤。

下面结合附图及实施例来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
结合图1及图2,本实用新型涉及一种增强型光纤连接器,包括手持防尘帽1、外壳2、插芯3、弹簧4、白套框5、主体尾件6、热缩管7、尾套8和联动组件9,白套框5外安装有外壳2,插芯3设置在白套框5内,主体尾件6的一端与尾套8螺纹连接,主体尾件6中有热缩管7,联动组件9包括联动内件91、联动外件92和固定件93,固定件93套接在联动内件91的一端上,联动内件91的另一端与联动外件92卡接,且该端的顶端有螺纹柱911;弹簧4设置在白套框5和联动内件91之间;固定件93与白套框5卡接,联动外件92与主体尾件6卡接,插芯3中的光纤穿过联动组件9上的预留孔;联动内件91和联动外件92有热缩管7。本实用新型组装使用时,热缩管7热缩到联动外件92的螺纹柱911和插芯3中的光纤上,加固联动组件89和主体尾件6的卡接,光纤连接器和光缆不晃动,热熔接处不会轻易断裂损坏。本实用新型结构简单,能有效克服现有技术的缺陷。

1.一种增强型光纤连接器,包括手持防尘帽、外壳、插芯、弹簧、白套框、主体尾件、热缩管、尾套和联动组件;白套框外安装有外壳,插芯设置在白套框内;主体尾件的一端与尾套螺纹连接,热缩管放置在主体尾件中,其特征在于:联动组件包括联动内件、联动外件和固定件,固定件套接在联动内件的一端上,联动内件的另一端与联动外件卡接;固定件与白套框卡接,联动外件与主体尾件卡接,簧弹设置在白套框和联动内件之间;插芯中的光纤穿过联动组件上的预留孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强型光纤连接器,其特征在于:所述的联动内件与联动外件卡接的一端顶部有螺纹柱。
