Abstract
本实用新型提供的是热电偶套管。在套管一端设置有卡头，在套管另一侧套装有定位套，在套管管腔内塞有固定管，固定管内设有固定管腔。由于在套管外设置能够滑动的定位套，在套管内设置固定管，因而能够使热电偶准确定位，并进行固定，防止热电偶窜位引起测温不准确的现象发生。适宜作为测温与控温的热电偶安装使用。

本实用新型提供的热工领域的热电偶套管。
背景技术
目前热电偶套管为管状的陶瓷管，虽然能够穿插热电偶，但容易窜位，导致热电偶脱离设定位置，使测温与控温不准确。
发明内容
为了便于热电偶套管的定位，本实用新型提供了热电偶套管。该套管通过在套管外设置定位套，在套管内设置固定管，解决热电偶安装与固定的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是：在套管一端设置有卡头，在套管另一侧套装有定位套，在套管管腔内塞有固定管，固定管内设有固定管腔。
积极效果，由于在套管外设置能够滑动的定位套，在套管内设置固定管，因而能够使热电偶准确定位，并进行固定，防止热电偶窜位引起测温不准确的现象发生。适宜作为测温与控温的热电偶安装使用。

具体实施方式
据图所示，在套管1一端设置有卡头1.1，卡头直径大于套管外壁，在套管另一侧套装有定位套3，定位套能够在套管外壁外滑动，在套管管腔内塞有固定管4，固定管的管腔为固定管腔4.1。
本实用新型使用：
将套管穿入到测温控温炉体内，推进定位套，将套管与炉体安装在一起，然后将热电偶穿入到套管管腔和固定管腔内，推动固定管将热电偶定位并固定在套管管腔内。
本实用新型的优点：
采用本实用新型套管安装热电偶，能够固定热电偶，防止窜位。由于在管腔内设有固定管，能够堵塞热电偶与套管之间的空隙，因此，能够防止炉体热量向套管外释放，从而保证热电偶测温的准确性。

1. 热电偶套管，其特征是：在套管（1）一端设置有卡头（1.1），在套管另一侧套装有定位套（3），在套管管腔（2）内塞有固定管（4），固定管内设有固定管腔（4.1）。
