Abstract
一种热式流量传感器。涉及油田生产测井领域所用的一种流量测量装置。主要解决涡轮流量计容易被井下异物卡死而导致的流量测量失败、测井成功率过低等问题。该热式流量传感器在铂电阻温度传感器(1)的外表面封装有不锈钢材质构成的铂电阻温度传感器外铠(2),在铂电阻温度传感器外铠(2)的外表面外敷有高温绝缘陶瓷管(3),在高温绝缘陶瓷管(3)的外表面缠绕电热丝(4)。该热式流量传感器可以有效提高油水两相流流量测量的成功率。

[0001] 本实用新型涉及油田生产测井领域所用的一种流量测量装置,具体的说,是涉及一种用于高含水油井产出剖面中油水两相流流量测量的热式流量传感器。
背景技术
[0002]目前,在大庆油田产出剖面测井中广泛应用涡轮流量计进行流体流量的测量。但是,由于涡轮流量计具有机械旋转部件,容易被井下异物卡死,从而导致流量测量失败、测井成功率较低。

[0003] 为了解决背景技术中所提到的涡轮流量计容易被井下异物卡死,而导致流量测量失败、测井成功率较低的问题,本实用新型提供了一种油水两相流流量测量的热式流量传感器。
[0004] 本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:该种油水两相流流量测量的热式流量传感器,包括钼电阻温度传感器,在钼电阻温度传感器的外表面封装有不锈钢材质构成的外铠,在外铠的外表面外敷有高温绝缘陶瓷管,在高温绝缘陶瓷管的外表面缠绕电热丝。

[0011] 由图I所示,该热式流量传感器,包括钼电阻温度传感器1,在所述的钼电阻温度传感器I的外表面封装有不锈钢材质构成的钼电阻温度传感器外铠2,其作用是密封和承压;在所述的钼电阻温度传感器外铠2的外表面外敷有高温绝缘陶瓷管3,其作用是使所述的电热丝4和所述的钼电阻温度传感器外铠2绝缘,所述的高温绝缘陶瓷管3的外表面缠绕电热丝4,其作用是加热。由于该热式流量传感器中没有可动部件,与涡轮流量计相比,本实用新型工作的可靠性和稳定性较高,能够有效地提高流体测量的成功率和测井成功率。
