技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种塑胶LED灯管，尤其涉及一种不用螺丝进行固定连接的易拆装式塑胶LED灯管装置。
背景技术
目前使用的日光灯管和其它照明灯管都是通过电流使管内灯丝受热，碰撞管内氩气分子，氩气电离生热，热量使用水银产生蒸汽并发出强烈的紫外线，在紫外线的激发下，管壁内的荧光粉发出近乎白色的可见光。这种日光灯管的使用寿命较短。
LED发光二极管具有寿命长、光效高、无辐射、抗冲击以及低功耗等优点，属于节能的绿色环保照明。
目前塑胶LED灯管采用一体式结构，并用螺丝固定连接。这种灯头在安装或维修时，需要特定匹配的工具才能进行安装或拆卸。而安装或拆卸用力过大，非常容易造成螺丝打滑、断裂，进而导致LED灯管损坏。
实用新型内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种便于安装和维修，且灯管不易因装卸时造成损害的塑胶LED灯管。
本实用新型提供了一种塑胶LED灯管，包括堵头、铝件壳体、PC灯罩；其中，该堵头包括外侧的塑胶长堵头和内侧的带针堵头，所述带针堵头连接在灯管的两端，所述灯管周围通过铝件壳体和PC灯罩保护。
优选的，所述塑胶长堵头通过堵头螺丝盖子进行固定。
优选的，所述PC灯罩截面为圆弧形。
优选的，所述铝件壳体与PC灯罩通过卡口连接。
相比于现有技术，本实用新型具有如下优点：
1、通过螺纹、卡榫、卡扣、卡环、插销或铆接方式连接，使得灯管灯头灯管灯拆卸方便，且装卸过程中不受损伤；
2、涉及塑胶长堵头和带针堵头，进一步提高灯管拆卸的灵活性。

如图1和图2所示：本实用新型提供的较佳实施例的塑胶LED灯管包括：塑胶LED灯管，包括堵头、铝件壳体4、PC灯罩5；其中，该堵头包括外侧的塑胶长堵头2和内侧的带针堵头3，所述带针堵头3连接在灯管的两端，所述灯管周围通过铝件壳体4和PC灯罩5保护。
塑胶长堵头2通过堵头螺丝盖子1进行固定。
图1中，PC灯罩5截面为圆弧形。
所述铝件壳体4与PC灯罩5通过卡口连接。

2.根据权利要求1所述塑胶LED灯管，其特征在于：所述塑胶长堵头通过堵头螺丝盖子进行固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述塑胶LED灯管，其特征在于：所述PC灯罩截面为圆弧形。
4.根据权利要求1所述塑胶LED灯管，其特征在于：所述铝件壳体与PC灯罩通过卡口连接。
