本实用新型公开了一种用于制作换热器的换热板的板片原材料。
背景技术
换热器板片加工时，须有定位才能保证板片尺寸精准，因此需要一种方式来解决原料板片的定位问题，目前存在板片定位不方便或定位不精确，造成加工出的板片部尺寸存在偏差，产品的合格率不高。
发明内容
本实用新型一种定位精确的换热器的原料板片，目的在于克服板片加工时定位不准确，以及定位不便，造成产品合格率不高的缺陷。
本实用新型包括板片主体，在所述板片主体的上下边缘的中部设置定位孔，所述定位孔与加工板片主体的模具上的上、下导杆相互对应设置。
本实用新型通过在换热板板片原料上预制两个定位孔，其在组配模具时，利于成型模具的合模；定位很方便，无需再模具上作其他定位装置；定位准确，定位于模具导杆上，生产出的产品合格率高，尺寸一致；板片原料的定位孔，在板片加工成型后，冲裁去该定位孔处，不影响产品功能及外观。

如图1所示，本换热器的原料板片，包括板片主体1，在板片主体1的上下边缘的中部设置定位孔2，定位孔与2加工板片主体的模具上的上、下导杆相互对应设置。
