背景技术
球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业，在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。球阀在管路中主要用来做切断、分配和改变介质的流动方向，它只需要用旋转90度的操作和很小的转动力矩就能关闭严密。而现有的球阀在一些工厂管道上使用时，作业者若不小心碰到手柄或误操作，会使球阀随意开启或关闭，进而开放或阻断管道，可能会引发意想不到的安全事故，造成不良后果。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可自锁的球阀，以解决现有技术中传统的球阀在一些工厂管道上使用时，作业者若不小心碰到手柄或误操作，会使球阀随意开启或关闭，进而开放或阻断管道，可能会引发意想不到的安全事故，造成不良后果的问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为： 
一种可自锁的球阀，包括有阀体、阀芯、阀杆和手柄，所述阀芯位于阀体内，所述阀杆与阀体之间设有密封圈，所述阀杆的内端与阀芯相连接，所述阀杆的外端与手柄相连接，其特征在于：所述手柄的前端固定连接有与手柄位于同一轴线上的支杆，所述支杆上铰接有扣板，所述扣板端部设有向两侧延伸的卡块，所述阀体外壁上分别凸起有第一固定座和第二固定座，所述第一、二固定座上均设有与扣板相配合的凹槽，所述手柄在球阀开启状态时可通过扣板扣紧在第一固定座上的凹槽内以进行锁定，在球阀关闭状态时可通过扣板扣紧在第二固定座上的凹槽内以进行锁定。

本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，采用在手柄上设置扣板，阀体外壁上设置两固定座并在固定座上设置与扣板相配合的凹槽的设计，可使球阀在开启和关闭状态时均可通过扣板与凹槽配合将手柄锁定，以免操作者不小心碰到手柄或误操作，导致球阀开启或关闭而引发安全事故，有效地保证了工作安全性。

如图1所示，一种可自锁的球阀，包括有阀体1、阀芯、阀杆2和手柄3，阀芯位于阀体1内，阀杆2与阀体1之间设有密封圈，阀杆2的内端与阀芯相连接，阀杆2的外端与手柄3相连接，手柄3的前端固定连接有与手柄3位于同一轴线上的支杆4，支杆4上铰接有扣板5，扣板5端部设有向两侧延伸的卡块6，阀体1外壁上分别凸起有第一固定座7和第二固定座8，第一、二固定座7、8上均设有与扣板5相配合的凹槽9，手柄3在球阀开启状态时可通过扣板5扣紧在第一固定座7上的凹槽9内以进行锁定，在球阀关闭状态时可通过扣板5扣紧在第二固定座8上的凹槽9内以进行锁定。支杆4与手柄3为一体铸造。

1.一种可自锁的球阀，包括有阀体、阀芯、阀杆和手柄，所述阀芯位于阀体内，所述阀杆与阀体之间设有密封圈，所述阀杆的内端与阀芯相连接，所述阀杆的外端与手柄相连接，其特征在于：所述手柄的前端固定连接有与手柄位于同一轴线上的支杆，所述支杆上铰接有扣板，所述扣板端部设有向两侧延伸的卡块，所述阀体外壁上分别凸起有第一固定座和第二固定座，所述第一、二固定座上均设有与扣板相配合的凹槽，所述手柄在球阀开启状态时可通过扣板扣紧在第一固定座上的凹槽内以进行锁定，在球阀关闭状态时可通过扣板扣紧在第二固定座上的凹槽内以进行锁定。
