本实用新型属于环境工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型氟化钙污泥陶粒砌块。 
背景技术
工业生产对含氟废水、废气的不彻底治理,容易造成动植物、人体的危害。含氟工业污泥的主要成分仍是氟化钙、硫酸钙,这两类物质是良好的工业原料,若填埋处置,势必造成资源浪费及环境危害。因此,需对此类物质进行资源化利用,这样既消除了氟的污染,有利用了有限的氟资源。以减量化、无害化、资源化作为整个研究工作的指导思想,通过分析含氟工业污泥的理化性质,结合陶粒生产工艺和原料的特点,以污泥为主要原料,以高岭土、粉煤灰等为辅料,在一定的工艺条件下,控制污泥的脱碳和烧胀,生产陶粒。同时,对产品在电镀废水的处理中的应用前景加以试验论证。所制取的陶粒除了用做吸附剂外,还可以广泛地应用于防火、保温、隔音、防水等建筑材料的原料;水处理的滤料;及农业、园林中的无土栽培的培养基等。从而解决了污泥堆放占地、处理费用高等问题,具有显著的环境效益、社会效益和经济效益,开辟了一条城市生活污泥处理、处置和资源化的新途径。 
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型氟化钙污泥陶粒砌块,解决含氟化钙、硫酸钙的工业污泥处理问题,保护了环境,开辟了一条城市生活污泥处理、处置和资源化的新途径。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案来实现的:新型氟 化钙污泥陶粒砌块,特征在于砌块壳体内设有两排平行的孔,孔与孔之间设有加强筋,壳体与加强筋内设有氟化钙污泥制成的陶粒;砌块的一端设有双榫,另一端设有与榫配合的双槽。 
进一步,每排孔设置一个大孔,一个小孔,大孔与小孔交错排列。 
两排孔之间设有主加强筋,同一排的孔与孔之间设有辅助加强筋。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:设置双排孔可以减轻砌块的重量,设置加强筋可以增加砌块的承重力,设置双榫槽,可以使砌块砌的墙更加坚固,壳体与加强筋内设置氟化钙污泥制成的陶粒,解决含氟化钙、硫酸钙的工业污泥的处理问题,保护了环境,开辟了一条城市生活污泥处理、处置和资源化的新途径。

实施例:一种新型氟化钙污泥陶粒砌块,砌块壳体(7)内设有两排平行的孔,孔与孔之间设有加强筋,壳体(7)与加强筋内设有氟化钙污泥制成的陶粒(2);砌块壳体(7)的一端设有双榫(8),另一端设有与榫配合的双槽(1)。每排孔设置一个大孔(5),一个小孔(3),大孔(5)与小孔(3)交错排列。两排孔之间设有主加强筋(6),同一排的孔与孔之间设有辅助加强筋(4)。设置双排孔可以减轻砌块的重量,设置加强筋可以增加砌块的承重力,设置双榫槽,可以使砌块砌的墙更加坚固,壳体与加强筋内设置氟化钙污泥制成的陶粒, 解决含氟化钙、硫酸钙的工业污泥的处理问题,保护了环境,开辟了一条城市生活污泥处理、处置和资源化的新途径。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型氟化钙污泥陶粒砌块,其特征在于每排孔设置一个大孔,一个小孔,大孔与小孔交错排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型氟化钙污泥陶粒砌块,其特征在于两排孔之间设有主加强筋,同一排的孔与孔之间设有辅助加强筋。
