本实用新型公开了一种新型培养瓶,其特征在于:包括上瓶体和下瓶体;所述上瓶体上设有凸缘;所述下瓶体上设有与上瓶体上凸缘相扣合的凹槽;所述上瓶体的一侧设有进料口;所述进料口上设有端盖;所述上瓶体顶部从上至下依次设有上盖、中盖和过滤网;所述上盖和中盖上交错设有透气孔;所述下瓶体内设有温度传感器和湿度检测器;所述下瓶体底部设有垫层。该新型培养瓶结构简单,设计合理,在保证透气的同时,不仅有效防止外部灰尘进入,防止培养物被污染,保证了培养效果,而且可方便测量和记录培养瓶内温度及湿度,该培养瓶清洗方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及生物培养器械,具体地说是一种新型培养瓶。
背景技术
目前,在生物培养实验中,一般会使用培养瓶,培养瓶一般由瓶体和瓶盖组成,由于培养生物时需要透气,还有防止瓶体外部的灰尘及细菌进入瓶体内,影响培养物实验结果的准确性;另外,还要实验人员经常打开瓶盖对培养瓶内的温度、湿度进行记录,这样不仅容易交叉感染,而且易造成培养物的感染;其次,现有的培养瓶多数直接将培养基放在培养瓶内,无任何垫层,导致培养瓶使用过后不能彻底清洗。
为了解决现有技术中的上述不足,本实用新型提出了一种新的解决方案。

本实用新型的目的是根据现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种新型培养瓶,该新型培养瓶结构简单,设计合理,在保证透气的同时,不仅有效防止外部灰尘进入,防止培养物被污染,保证了培养效果,而且可方便测量和记录培养瓶内温度及湿度,该培养瓶清洗方便。
为达到上述发明目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是,提供了一种新型培养瓶,其特征在于:包括上瓶体和下瓶体;所述上瓶体上设有凸缘;所述下瓶体上设有与上瓶体上凸缘相扣合的凹槽;所述上瓶体的一侧设有进料口;所述进料口上设有端盖;所述上瓶体顶部从上至下依次设有上盖、中盖和过滤网;所述上盖和中盖上交错设有透气孔;所述下瓶体内设有温度传感器和湿度检测器;所述下瓶体底部设有垫层。
进一步地,所述上瓶体和下瓶体为透明材质制成。
综上所述,本实用新型所提供的该新型培养瓶结构简单,设计合理,在保证透气的同时,不仅有效防止外部灰尘进入,防止培养物被污染,保证了培养效果,而且可方便测量和记录培养瓶内温度及湿度,该培养瓶清洗方便。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细的说明。
如图1所示,该新型培养瓶,包括上瓶体1和下瓶体2;所述上瓶体1上设有凸缘7;所述下瓶体2上设有与上瓶体1上凸缘7相扣合的凹槽8;所述上瓶体1的一侧设有进料口5;所述进料口5上设有端盖6;所述上瓶体1顶部从上至下依次设有上盖3、中盖4和过滤网12;所述上盖3和中盖4上交错设有透气孔13;所述下瓶体2内设有温度传感器10和湿度检测器11;所述下瓶体2底部设有垫层9。
所述上瓶体1和下瓶体2为透明材质制成。
使用时,根据需要将培养液和所需的培养物放入下瓶体2内,将上瓶体1与下瓶体2扣盒,然后将过滤网12放置在上瓶体2上;上盖3和中盖4上交错设有透气孔13,这样即保证了透气又起到了隔绝灰尘或细菌;底部的垫层9在培养瓶使用后,将垫层9换掉,保证了培养液及培养基不会残留于培养瓶底部,给清洗带来了方便。
综上所述,本实用新型所提供的该新型培养瓶结构简单,设计合理,在保证透气的同时,不仅有效防止外部灰尘进入,防止培养物被污染,保证了培养效果,而且可方便测量和记录培养瓶内温度及湿度,该培养瓶清洗方便。

1.一种新型培养瓶,其特征在于:包括上瓶体(1)和下瓶体(2);所述上瓶体(1)上设有凸缘(7);所述下瓶体(2)上设有与上瓶体(1)上凸缘(7)相扣合的凹槽(8);所述上瓶体(1)的一侧设有进料口(5);所述进料口(5)上设有端盖(6);所述上瓶体(1)顶部从上至下依次设有上盖(3)、中盖(4)和过滤网(12);所述上盖(3)和中盖(4)上交错设有透气孔(13);所述下瓶体(2)内设有温度传感器(10)和湿度检测器(11);所述下瓶体(2)底部设有垫层(9)。
