背景技术
 传统的捞鱼器，它的构成是由简单的网架，捞网和一直手柄组成的，在携带时由于不能够了收缩或折叠，携带麻烦，而且在用完要晾干时，由于没有一个可以勾的装置，给晾干时造成了不便，当在使用完要收起来放置在一个地方时，也造成了空间的浪费。

为了改变技术中存在的上述不足之处，本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种结构简单，能够收缩折叠的多功能鱼苗捕捞器。
     为了达到上述之目的，本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案：一种多功能鱼苗捕捞器，由手柄、固定圈、捞网以及护鱼装置，所述手柄通过螺旋式连接在固定圈上，所述固定圈上设有两个活动扣，可自由折叠，所述固定圈的边缘向下连接捞网，所述捞网与护鱼装置连接。     
    与现有的技术相比，本实用新型具有以下突出优点和效果：由于设有以上结构，本实用新型能够自由折叠、便于存放、当鱼苗进入捞网时会掉入护鱼装置中，护鱼装置的底部为密封结构，不宜漏水，从而更好的保护了鱼苗。
