为此本实用新型采用的技术方案是：包括弹性颈带，所述弹性颈带中部设有两个振动按摩器，所述弹性颈带上通过导线分接有两耳塞，所述弹性颈带一端内置PCB控制部分并外接插头，所述弹性颈带另一端内置电池。
所述振动按摩器外设有UVA泡沫保护罩。
所述弹性颈带内置PCB控制部分的一端上设有振动按摩器调节开关。
