本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型手机外壳保护套，它在手机收到外力撞击时，三次缓冲机会可以很好的保护手机不受损伤，它在使用过程中不会出现变形或断裂。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案：它包含软保护层1、固定层2和外保护层3；软保护层1设置在最里层，固定层2设置在软保护层1外圈，外保护层3设置在固定层2的外圈。
