本实用新型公开了一种基于3G无线通讯网络的综合防误闭锁装置,本实用新型基于3G无线通讯网络的综合防误闭锁装置包括系统主机、网络控制器、3G终端、工业现场CAN总线、间隔控制节点和间隔内的防误锁具。其中系统主机与上位网络控制器信号连接,上位网络控制器与第一3G终端信号连接,第一3G终端与第二3G终端通过无线方式信号连接,第二3G终端与下位网络控制器信号连接,下位网络控制器通过工业现场CAN总线与多个间隔控制节点信号连接,每个间隔控制节点通过TWI总线与多个间隔内的防误锁具信号连接。本实用新型具有防误装置具有自诊断功能,操作时间短,有利于倒闸操作的快速完成,保证操作任务正确执行。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电力系统的综合防误闭锁装置,尤其涉及一种基于3G无线通讯网络的综合防误闭锁装置。
背景技术
为了实现电力设备的安全可靠运行,防止电气误操作的发生,电力部门强制推行高压开关设备必须安装防误操作装置,以达到“五防”的要求,即:①防止误分、误合断路器;②防止带负荷合、分隔离开关;③防止误入带电间隔;④防止带电挂接地线;⑤防止带接地线合闸。近年来,变电站及电气装置的综合自动化的水平越来越高,设备的可靠性越来越高,由设备故障原因引起的电力系统事故越来越少,而由人为操作原因引发的事故比例则逐渐提高,从而给防误操作系统提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提出了一种基于3G无线通讯网络的综合防误闭锁装置。
本实用新型基于3G无线通讯网络的综合防误闭锁装置包括系统主机、网络控制器、3G终端、工业现场CAN总线、间隔控制节点和间隔内的防误锁具。
所述的系统主机与上位网络控制器信号连接,上位网络控制器与第一3G终端信号连接,第一3G终端与第二3G终端通过无线方式信号连接,第二3G终端与下位网络控制器信号连接,下位网络控制器通过工业现场CAN总线与多个间隔控制节点信号连接,每个间隔控制节点通过TWI总线与多个间隔内的防误锁具信号连接。
本实用新型提出的基于3G无线通讯网络的在线式防误闭锁系统与以往防误系统相比,具有以下优点:
1.与电脑钥匙型防误闭锁系统相比,基于3G无线通讯网络的在线式防误闭锁系统简化了防误闭锁系统的执行过程。基于3G无线通讯网络的在线式防误闭锁系统最大程度的缩减了人为干预因素,解闭锁操作完全由网络系统自动控制,主机监控软件根据操作序列向网络设备发送操作命令,网络闭锁设备会根据操作任务自动解锁,运行人员只需将锁具与一次设备的闭锁部位移开就可以操作,操作完成后将锁具归位即可。
2.防误装置具有自诊断功能。防误主机实时监视所有防误装置的工作状态,能及时发现和报告装置异常信息,确保系统可靠运行。
3.操作时间短,有利于倒闸操作的快速完成。解闭锁命令的执行通过3G网络、CAN总线网络和微控制器实现,命令的执行时间可以达到毫秒级,大大优于采用电脑钥匙的人工操作解锁方式。
4.操作结果实时反馈到主机上,主机综合所有设备的当前状态对每个任务执行防误判断,保证操作任务正确执行。

具体实施例
如图1所示,本实用新型基于3G无线通讯网络的综合防误闭锁装置包括系统主机、网络控制器、3G终端、工业现场CAN总线、间隔控制节点和间隔内的防误锁具。
所述的系统主机与上位网络控制器信号连接,上位网络控制器与第一3G终端信号连接,第一3G终端与第二3G终端通过无线方式信号连接,第二3G终端与下位网络控制器信号连接,下位网络控制器通过工业现场CAN总线与多个间隔控制节点信号连接,每个间隔控制节点通过TWI总线与多个间隔内的防误锁具信号连接。
系统主机可以是工业控制计算机,也可以是PC机,这是整个在线式防误系统的核心。在系统主机上运行监控软件,监控软件负责对整个系统进行管理和监控,与现场节点进行循环通讯,检测每个节点及对应的间隔内电磁锁的通讯连接状况,并且将采集到的电磁锁及开关设备的状态信息进行记录,发现异常情况给出告警信息。
由下位网络控制器、间隔控制器及通讯电缆构成的分布式防误操作监控网络,将防误主机与防误电磁锁连接起来,实现防误主机与现场监控装置的信息交互,电磁锁的解闭锁状态及开关设备的位置状态可实时地传送到防误主机上,防误操作主控软件据此更新一次系统图上的设备状态,并通过3G无线网络向防误锁具发出开、闭锁控制指令,完成整个倒闸操作过程的防误功能。
下位网络控制器与各间隔控制器的通讯连接采用CAN总线方式。间隔控制器与防误电磁锁之间通过两线串行接口(Two-Wire Serial Interface, TWI)相连接,仅通过SCL、SDA两根双向总线就可建立间隔控制器与间隔内防误电磁锁之间的通讯连接。
整个测控网络既是一个独立的体系,又是一个开放的系统,可与变电站综合自动化系统等第三方设备连接,实现信息共享,还可利用站际光纤信道,实现集控主站与子站的通讯,便于工作人员在主站监视多个子站的倒闸操作进程与设备状态变化,构成集控化管理的变电站倒闸防误操作模式。

1. 基于3G无线通讯网络的综合防误闭锁装置包括系统主机、网络控制器、3G终端、工业现场CAN总线、间隔控制节点和间隔内的防误锁具,其特征在于:所述的系统主机与上位网络控制器信号连接,上位网络控制器与第一3G终端信号连接,第一3G终端与第二3G终端通过无线方式信号连接,第二3G终端与下位网络控制器信号连接,下位网络控制器通过工业现场CAN总线与多个间隔控制节点信号连接,每个间隔控制节点通过TWI总线与多个间隔内的防误锁具信号连接。
