发电机是将其它形式的能源装换成电能的机械设备,在工农业生产、国防、科技及日常生活中有广泛的用途,每台发电机上都有蓄电池将机械能转化来的电能储存起来,但传统的发电机对蓄电池的安装比较简单,布局不够理想,占用了较大的空间,蓄电池直接放置在发电机支架上的安装槽内,再无固定装置对其固定,由于发电机运行时颤动较大,蓄电池经常与周围部件碰撞,容易损坏,增加维修成本,受到巨大撞击时容易掉出而损坏,影响使用,给来麻烦。

为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、结实牢固、安装方便的蓄电池面板下安装装置。

一种蓄电池面板下安装装置,包括支架、固定支架、蓄电池压板、蓄电池,所述的固定支架用M8螺栓和M8螺母固定在支架上,蓄电池放置在固定支架内,带有螺孔的蓄电池压板安装在蓄电池两侧,M6螺栓穿过螺孔用M6螺母拧紧将蓄电池与蓄电池压板固定在一起。
