背景技术
发电机是将其它形式的能源装换成电能的机械设备,在工农业生产、国防、科技及日常生活中有广泛的用途,每台发电机上都有蓄电池将机械能转化来的电能储存起来,但传统的发电机对蓄电池的安装比较简单,布局不够理想,占用了较大的空间,蓄电池直接放置在发电机支架上的安装槽内,再无固定装置对其固定,由于发电机运行时颤动较大,蓄电池经常与周围部件碰撞,容易损坏,增加维修成本,受到巨大撞击时容易掉出而损坏,影响使用,给来麻烦。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单实效、安装方便、节省空间的蓄电池绑带式安装装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种蓄电池绑带式安装装置,包括发电机支架、蓄电池、固定支架、安装槽、环扣、绑带,所述的若干根固定支架焊接在发电机支架上形成安装槽,固定支架两侧设置有环扣,蓄电池放置在安装槽内通过绑带固定。
本实用新型的固定支架连接成一个安装槽,固定支架侧面设有环扣,蓄电池放入安装槽内通过绑带固定,设计新颖,结构简单实效,安装方便,布局合理,达到节省空间的效果。

如图1、2所示,一种蓄电池绑带式安装装置,包括发电机支架1、蓄电池2、固定支架3、安装槽4、环扣5、绑带6,所述的若干根固定支架3焊接在发电机支架1上形成安装槽4,固定支架3两侧设置有环扣5,蓄电池2放置在安装槽4内通过绑带6固定。本实用新型的固定支架3连接成一个安装槽4,固定支架3侧面设有环扣5,蓄电池2放入安装槽4内通过绑带6固定,设计新颖,结构简单实效,安装方便,布局合理,达到节省空间的效果。
